US Bug Squad, LLC

I’ve been a happy client of US Bug Squad for 3 yrs. They have a great team- responsive, dependable and very pleasant to work with. They are always on schedule, and if I ever have a change or special request, they are always happy to deliver. Red ants are quickly taken care of, and, more importantly, my dog has never had a flea or tick on him. Great communication- great service- always!!

These people came uninvited and trespassed into my fenced yard and sprayed directly on top of dog toys and equipment.

I started to use U.S. Bug Squad about 1 year ago. I am so happy that I selected them for my pest control. They are extremely easy to work with and very affordable. Florida has challenges with bugs (roaches) especially when it rains -- however I have yet to see a roach or any pest inside my garage and/or home. I highly recommend their services.

I have been with Bug Squad for a couple of years. The service has been wounderful. They always show up when they are scheduled to come. They have great prices and the staff is friendly.

This is our second home in this area and we have using The Bug Squad for a few years at both houses. They are very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Prices are good and products do there job well in controlling insects in our yard. We highly recommend them for any and all your needs.

The program that the US Bug Squad places your property on is great. Never have to worry about any bugs. After two years straight NO bug living on a wooded lot. Great employees that spray for them. I’m glad I went with this company.

0 stars trash company no communication, was more then happy to pay but never received confirmation for the job being done nor a way to pay said company... sent right to collections. do not answer cold calls or let them do service. sincerely one pissed off customer

Terrible company no communications I wish 0 stars was an option.

Ryan and their whole accounting team are terrible. "Joe" took the time to pick up the phone and cold call me to do the job and mentioned i could pay 30 days after the job was done so I hired them. Now i will admit when it came time to pay i did not have the receipt nor any info on the company and since they cold called me i had no recollection of the name of the company so i figured they would reach out for payment soon and i would pay it then. Months went by and they didnt call me once. Not one form of communication. A few more months went by and i get a call from a debt collector saying they sent me to collections. Called Ryan and explained my frustrations and he neglected any responsibility and said its not their job to call to collect payment. They said they sent emails, which they did, but all of them went to my spam inbox. While I understand the emails going to spam is not their fault, TAKE 20 SECONDS OUT OF YOUR DAY TO CALL SOMEONE BEFORE SENDING THEM TO COLLECTIONS. Its funny because they had no problem cold calling me to make the sale....Terrible company

Poor Service- I do not think that they did my property! Yet I receive bill. I will pay bill to stay out of collections.

Overall, happy with our service. I appreciate that they call to ask if you want your next treatment or if you’d like to skip. They helped us keep little bugs out of our pool but just today we found carpenter ants behind our lanai. I’m sure because they are in a tree they aren't spraying directly there but hopefully they can help us get it rectified before it becomes an inside problem. Also, dropped a star because their pricing increased 30% which is a huge bummer. Becoming less affordable, especially in this economy.

I have had the service for over a year. Their grub application got rid of the moles and they spray to keep the mosquitoes down.

Spray for insects. We have had a problem with ants since we purchased our home in late 2022. They have been out a few times to spray and the problem is getting better. The people have been very nice and helpful.

So far don’t see a bugs in my house, if I do see them they are dead, I can walk outside in flip flops without getting bitten by ants…however the price continues to go up every year with the service, but I am happy not seeing bugs and roaches in the house.
