Absolutely horrible, avoid at all costs. I recently got pest control services through this company. The initial appointment went great. However as time progressed the service is provided completely fell off the rails. Technicians would show up willy-nilly, outside of specified time frames. Huge amounts of hidden fees and a horrible customer service experience. I was trying to get some clarification on some billing irregularities, as some auto pays that I set up apparently were not happening. I reached out to customer support and they said they would escalate it to the branch office, and a month later I've heard nothing and I repeatedly get these extra bills that I have no clue what service they are provided for. I called today to get some further clarification and was met with a not great customer service when I asked to be escalated they just pushed to a full cancellation and threatened me with a early termination of over 1,100$ If anyone is looking for pest control do not use this company they are extremely unprofessional, and not well put together.
