Made a work order for an irrigation leak. The servicer said that he checked the irrigation and that there was no leak and closed the work order. The caveat to that is that no one came to my house (I have cameras everywhere) On top of that I contact them via phone and the receptionist was little help and super rude. Do not hire this company for your community.

This is getting ridiculous I’ve been living in my home for 3 years almost and it has been an on going fight to get these people to enter my back yard and cut the grass I called and made a complaint last week and they miraculously all of a sudden they returned to cut it right after . But the week following which is today . Nothing !! And my wife even stopped a worker and asked him personally with him assuring her it would be cut At this point im completely fed up and I will be missing work next Thursday just to be there myself to make sure it gets done !! I will continue to call every week until they can learn to follow simple instructions! Wish my HOA would chose a different company! In the story creek community of Kissimmee

Their drivers are reckless. Had to slam on my brakes to not have a collision.

Their employees need to be taught the laws of the road. Was cut off and had to slam on my brakes.

A great company that believes in importance of family. Very hardworking individuals that know what they are doing and get the job done! Amazing work, trees look great and everything was cleaned up beautifully.

You need to be wary of this company. I hired them when they took over the landscaping and lawn care for Del Web of Orlando. What a mistake! They are cheap and so the Del Web hired them and their work is questionable. First, they killed some of my flowers, as this is how they control weeds in the landscape areas. I complained, bad idea as they killed the flowers again and refused to pay for replacements. So I fired them and 6 weeks later, the Man who sprays fertilizer ,insecticide, and weed killers, shows up and sprayed all these products obviously in excess, and killed the flowers for the third time and damaging the grass areas. I am a retired landscaper and lawn care professional working my company for 49 years on the islands of South Jersey. They are cheap and you get what you pay for. This is a company that works on bulk, with no communication between management and staff. So glad to be rid of them Richard Wenner

Today I return to amend one of my previous reviews and acknowledge that the quality of the service and the attitude of the field workes is noticeable improving. Keep the good work.

I have been very happy with my pest control service. Carson has been very helpful in taking care of scheduling and payments. Highly recommend their services!

Lack of professional management of workers. Grass destroyed due to lack of proper lawn equipment. Do not perform all services ...weed prevention, improper edging. Destroy expensive curbing with industrial grade mowers not appropriate for home lawns. Blowing leaves and clippings into landscape plantings. Constant mowing of lawn areas down to the dirt. Totally incompetent company and incompetent HOA response to destruction of personal property and common areas. Having sod replaced and irrigation system damage repair....$5,000. HOA is in total denial.

I am a licensedCAM in the state of Florida and Bryan was very helpful and detail oriented when proving proposals for a few of my communities. Emilio, the onsite supervisor is great, communicative and proactive. Highly recommended.

To show you just how shady this company is, many of the recent "positive" reviews were posted by either employees, or relatives of employees. Then they answer themselves back, like the person is a customer. How lame is that? Trust me, this is not a company you want to use. Floralawn will say that they work in guidance with the contract. That is not true as they did NOT preform duties that were in our contract. Also, dealing with them is awful. So rude and condescending is par for the course for this company. There are many choices out there, don't make the mistake of hiring Floralawn. We did and we regret it. We have since moved onto a much more professional company, which respects their clients.

Poor service, Poor communication and leadership. The landscapers rush through, cut halfway, sometimes drive right past my lawn and don't even cut it. Damage my sprinklers and then leave me a note telling me I have 3 heads that needs to be replace for a fee.

They did the bare minimum of mowing and trimming the lawn. in order to get them to do anything else you pretty well have to stand there while they did it. It was honestly easier just to do it yourself which the HOA and community ended up doing. We have a new maintenance company now and they’ve been here more times in the last two weeks than Floralawn has been here in the last two months. There was a lot of miss maintenance to catch up on.

FloraLawn provides top-quality landscape maintenance for commercial properties. Their team is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in keeping every community looking its best. Highly recommend!

Awesome company! I can’t brag enough about these people! The bushes in my front yard were overgrown, the trees were poorly maintained and they came out and made everything absolutely look phenomenal again! I will definitely be having them back again!

Very professional company! I was having a hard time finding someone to mow my lawn in a timely manner and they showed up the next day! Super professional business owners and really took their time to make my yard look beautiful again! Can’t recommend these people enough :) !!

I’m beyond impressed with how Floralawn handled my sod replacement! From start to finish, the crew was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. They removed the old grass, prepped the area perfectly, and installed fresh, healthy sod that looks amazing!! They made sure everything was watered, settled, and explained exactly how to care for it afterward. My yard has completely transformed….it’s lush, green, and looks brand new I highly recommend them to anyone needing sod replacement or lawn restoration. Excellent communication, hard work, and pride in their results!

I can’t say enough good things about this company! My yard was struggling with all the summer heat, but their team came in and completely turned it around. They showed up on time, stayed consistent with every visit, and made sure my grass stayed green, healthy, and perfectly trimmed…even during those brutally hot weeks. They were professional, friendly, and clearly know their stuff when it comes to lawn maintenance and heat management. I really appreciate how they kept me updated on what my lawn needed and went the extra mile to make sure everything looked amazing. Highly recommend them if you want reliable service and a lawn you can actually be proud of!
