So far I’m happy with the service I’ve received. I think I called them before I had a big problem, as I only saw a couple of mice in my garage…..after sealing any holes they set traps and came back several times and found 3 in my attic . I am beyond furious and deeply disappointed with the level of service we received. We were given a confirmed service window between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM, and no one showed up. Not only was there a complete failure to honor the scheduled time, but its now 1:45pm but there has been absolutely zero accountability or communication.
