Gage was on time, and very thorough! He was kind enough to catch my cat who had somehow got back inside and put her back out! Follow-up 4/18/25: Chris came today for my post treatment f/u preventative treatment. She was on time, very polite, thorough, and friendly. I highly recommend this company and their service. From start to finish the company was fast and professional. Adam went over the process and answered all of our questions while getting ready for treatment. The day of treatment Gage showed up 10 minutes early! He was thorough on the walk through, going over the process, paperwork and the actual treatment! We had bedbugs since November 2022 but I didn’t discover til April 2023. I take people in my home who are disabled and one bought company with him. We did everything from removing carpet and installing tile, painting, changing out beds, dressers and mattresses, wrapping mattresses in plastic, bombing, putting down powder, and spraying. Nothing worked until we used these guys. It was a lot of work prepping and it’s costly to treat. I wanted to go with a smaller company that specialized with this problem and I’m very, very satisfied with my decision. I followed their instruction and have not seen a bug since being treated and I’m confident because of the warranty. Remember you will have to put in work also, in order for this to work.

I was going crazy!! I wasn’t sleeping because of these beg bugs! They followed us home from vacation and no matter what I used they still were there. I had enough and started googling things that works and heat treatments kept coming up but they were sooo much money! I came across these guys and they did payments! I called them up and they came out right away. Did an awesome inspection and he took his time. He gave me a break down and everything’ took a few days to get the money for my down payment but I got it and he got me right on the schedule came out did everything he had to do. And let me just say… I can finally sleep again!

When I moved in I found bed bug infestation is some of my furniture, possibly transfers from the apartment I lived in for seven years. No other evidence of prior infestations in my place. The company came in promptly and applied the treatment an they were out in about eight hours. I was very pleased with the technicians professionalism and courtesy. They came back a week later for a follow-up and it was cleared up. Very happy with the results!

After buying a new bed I had a bed bug problem. BBA got me scheduled quickly for an inspection and worked around my schedule for the treatment. All instructions were provided at the time of inspection. Gage arrived early on the scheduled day and took care of the items I messed taking out of the house like candles. He treated my home and items like he would his own. We have been bug free and happy since.

Gabe from bed bug assassin did everything possible to clean up behind himself as well as make sure every spot was hit and eliminated the cause.

IBBA was great and made the experience as quick, easy, and good as it could possibly be given my situation. They were able to come out the same day or very next day. Gabe was very friendly and helpful. After he completed my treatment there were no more bed bugs at all. All my bug bites have gone away so I am very pleased. They came out and sprayed a week after the initial treatment and still no bugs in sight. I wouldn’t have wanted to work with anyone else. Also the customer service of this company is fantastic.
