I had this company out because of a hornet infestation in the back yard. They advertised that they do free inspections, so I had them out to quote me. The guy came out with no protective gear at all. He came out with dress shoes on and looked like a salesman, not an exterminator. I told the guy where the nest was around and went back in the screened in lanai area closing the door because I said to the guy I didn't want to get near them. I told him my dad had gotten stung already and I was afraid I might be allergic. So this guy started stomping around on the ground repeatedly opening the lanai door when he stomped. I went back and closed it several times because I said I didn't want them to get inside. He again, opened the door wide open and stomped right where the nest was, causing more than a dozen hornets to come out. Probably a dozen got in the lanai. He was quoting me pricing as I was freaked out and he was trying to get them out, or killing them with a tablet. He initially quoted me $400 with a required monthly contract in addition of $40/month. I told them I couldn't afford that. By the time we got away from the hornets back in the house before I turned down his services, he had come down to $200 with a $40/month membership fee, saying he would be the cheapest I would find. This was a flat out lie and he was clearly taking advantage of me, a single woman. Needless to say I turned him down and I am glad I did! Go with anyone else, not these crooks!
