We had what appeared to be a possible colonization of bees between our outer brick wall beneath our bay window and the framing of the interior wall. Victor and Logan were dispatched to assess the situation and remedy our problem. Using infrared thermal imaging technology, the area in question was thoroughly scanned and it was determined that we were fortunate - NO BEES in wall. Apparently, the bees moved on to more hospitable accommodations - LOL. The service provided was excellent and professional, and I was pleasantly surprised when no charges were incurred as the techs stated that I really had "no issues". I assured Victor and Logan that should any suspicion or obvious problem with "unwanted guests" arise in the future, I will be calling their company, and ONLY their company! This is a wonderful company to work with. The office staff was friendly, professional and efficient when explaining how they could help us and when scheduling our appointment. They were flexible and communicative when the appointment had to be changed. Logan, the technician was very knowledgeable and worked diligently to limit the damage to our home and to keep the cost reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend this company and will definitely use them again when needed!

Richard came out quickly to remove our bees. Very professional and friendly.

Bee Serious is serious about bee removal and doing it right. Jason and Liz were very professional and knowledgeable about bees and the process required to harvest them safely. Since the bee hive was 25' up in the peak of our roof and behind the flashing, the removal was challenging. They scheduled other removals requiring a lift on the same day so the cost could be spread across customers. They carefully removed the flashing and started the process of removing the hives. Once completed they coated the surface with paint. I would recommend Bee Serious to anyone in need of bee removal. They are great.
