They came and did an inspection. Found nothing and did not charge for the visit. Even provided name and number of a repairman for the soffit. So refreshing to have honesty!!

I can NOT express enough how amazing the team at Absolute are. From Amanda to Chris and his team everyone was professional and willing to help us understand the process for tenting which was a first for us. Pricing was super competitive and at no point did anyone make us feel like we were an inconvenience or a bother. The tenting happened within a few weeks of our consultation. They answered all my questions which were numerous and explained the process itself along with why things are handled the way it is along with education on the future issues that may arise how retreats would work with termites as well as normal pest issues. They are now our pest company and we have complete confidence with them.

Updated: This owner obviously cares. He was QUITE professional in resolving some problems. He was quickly responsive and attentive to addressing what needed to be done. It’s refreshing and reassuring .

I woke up to find termites in my kitchen around an old piece of furniture I had purchased. I called Absolute Termite and Pests to ask for help and advice. The lady answering the phone made an appointment to have Chris, their technician, come out and check my home. Chris examined the piece of furniture, confirming the source where the termites came in. He was professional, checked my home, and completely took care of everything for me. He also took the piece of furniture to make sure it was thoroughly treated so I could continue to use it. I highly recommend Absolute Termite and Pests. They do not use scare tactics. They just get the job done! Five Star company for sure! Thanks Chris!

100/10 recommend Absolute! I first dealt with Stacey when setting up my appointment and she was so kind and thorough with making sure all of my needs were covered. We next meet James who came out and made sure any questions I had were answered. He walked me through what he was doing and made sure I understood everything. Not to mention he was extremely nice and took the time to give my dog some loves. ABSOLUTELY amazing!

We recently had our house tented for termites. I met with Chris one of the owners. He came out & walked us thru the whole process. It took three days total. The tent crew was very polite. On day three, I got a call from Tony the other owner that my house was clear. We came home to our air on & windows closed. This was a relief since it's a 100 degrees out. After two weeks I saw a few flying ants in my tub. Called Absolute & that same day they came out to make sure they were not termites. Tony was very nice & explained everything. Their work has a one year warranty..Warrantied work, great pricing & awesome customer service. They will get my business & I will recommend them !!

Terrible company with dangerous drivers.

This driver cuts off elderly and others merging in lanes that end preventing them to merge and slam on their brakes while smiling and laughing in the side mirrors. It was intentional as we heard the driver flooring it while he was behind us to speed up and prevent everyone in front of him to merge. This was at pipkin and harden.

2/17/23 One of your drivers just literally almost ran me off the road trying to force himself into my lane while we’re side by side! Forget my vehicle, my life, and the clear fact that he didn’t have an opening to make that move smh Then had the nerve to threaten to call the police on ME for not letting him get over as if he had the right away or that I had actually done anything wrong!! I have not used this business yet, but if that’s the quality of people that represent this company, I probably never will.

This place has turned our neighborhood into garbage!!! Around 11pm last night we heard motorcycles reving and men yelling. Our kids ran out of their bedrooms screaming. My husband went outside to find 3 drunk employees sitting in front of the gate reving their engines. He asked them to keep it down because they had woken our children. Several neighbors were outside at this point. The 3 men began yelling and cursing at the neighbors. We had to call the police. They went inside the property and hid in the back. But when the police arrived and contacted the owner he said the men had permission to be there so the police couldn’t do anything. This business is making several neighbors move out of the neighborhood which is ridiculous!!!

Very unprofessional employees.

This place is a joke! From an owner having his wife come making a scene about him being with another woman to disrespect drunks coming at 11pm reving up their motorcycles and waking up the whole neighborhood. They didn’t stop there though. They cussed out all the neighbors and threatened us. The same owner let the police know they had permission to be there and one of the guys was his nephew so nothing could be done. They need to be accountable and responsible for their employees and their actions on the premises because they are surrounded by families trying to peacefully live in their homes.

Chris and his team came in and tented my house that I just closed on and everything went smooth until I came in after the fact to find they had broken one of my ropes to the window as it has rope and pulley windows. I contacted Chris and sent him a picture of what had happened, he then calls back a couple minutes later stating he wasn’t going to fix anything as “it was out of their control” and tried telling me the rope was dry rotted. I even have pictures proving it was not broke before his team went in and did the work and still he flat out tells me he isn’t going to fix anything and telling me that in the contract it states that they will be not responsible for anything that is “out of their control”. Ridiculous….. weather didn’t break it, I didn’t break it before they came in, it was his guys that broke it and he just flat out isn’t willing to make things right. So all that being said I would steer clear of Chris and his company, my situation I think tells a lot about the company and it’s owners so take it how you will. But I for sure will not be using them again and hands down won’t recommend them to anyone.

Great job with Termites but now I have these brown bugs flying around the house.
