See update at the bottom…. Lake Mary Massey office is terribly unorganized. Tech changes all the time, schedule is always messed up and they charge me when they show up and my gates locked to most of my yard. PLEASE KNOW: The people working there are always kind and trying to get it right. I have yet to figure out why it's so unorganized. I appreciate their kindness at least. The employees attitudes are what helps keep me as a customer. So hear that Massey corporate! HELP YOUR EMPLOYEES O

For lawn and shrub care, save your money. Dissent address any issues I’ve pointed out for months and when you do, nothing is done. New company pointed out I have mites on my shrubs, so much for spending a year service without it being addressed along with the dollar weeds, other weeds, and horribly inaccurate billing. Not to mention not doing services they claim to do. Supposed to have my annual aeration and they put down chemicals without telling me. No yard stake or email and I have a dog. Ple

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. At a very compelling and professional visit with a sales representative, despite my hesitations about using them, I signed up for pest, lawn, and irrigation maintenance. Massey repeatedly failed to complete scheduled services at my home. Despite multiple appointments being set, no one ever arrived to perform the work. I ultimately terminated my services, yet more than two months later I am still waiting for a refund of nearly $2,000 in prepaid
