We used Hudson Pest Control for years both at our home and at our office building without issue. After missing a payment because we changed banks and didn't realize the last check didn't go through, rather than send a new invoice in the mail, we received a very disrespectful and hateful email. Tech changes all the time, schedule is always messed up and they charge me when they show up and my gates locked to most of my yard. PLEASE KNOW: The people working there are always kind and trying to get it right. I have yet to figure out why it's so unorganized. I appreciate their kindness at least. We had animals in our attic, many companies came. They could not figure out the type of animals we had or where their entry point was. It was a nightmare hearing them scratching in the middle of the night, until we found Luke, he came the same day, told us that we had flying squirrels, gave us an unbeatable estimate, took care of everything the next day, came several times to make sure nothing else was in the attic, he worked with our schedules. I can't thank him enough!!!!

Amazing service for the an awesome price as well! Jorge was our tech guy for the longest and he always showed professionalism and compassion with each trip he did. We knew we were in good hands with them at all times. The customer service was always simple and helpful. I've consistently gotten the same person when it came to scheduling and billing and each time I left the calling feeling heard and honored. Would easily recommend if you are out in the Orlando area!
