I used the company's services for the first time and was assisted by Jorge. He's a fantastic representative of Hudson Pest Control. Extremely professional, polite, and dedicated to providing the best possible customer service. Congratulations to Hudson for having such a high-level representative on their staff.

Amazing service for the an awesome price as well! Jorge was our tech guy for the longest and he always showed professionalism and compassion with each trip he did. We knew we were in good hands with them at all times. The customer service was always simple and helpful. I've consistently gotten the same person when it came to scheduling and billing and each time I left the calling feeling heard and honored. Would easily recommend if you are out in the Orlando area!

When we moved into our new construction they were so many bugs and huge spiders. Almost a year later, I don’t think about my pest control because they are all gone and they’ve stayed gone! The one time I ever had to call and they were at the house the same week. Easily the best pest-control service we’ve ever had.

Very unprofessional

I drove behind a Hudson Pest Control truck on I4 this morning. The driver was clearly distracted, often swerving and crossing over his line. He was stopping quickly and accelerating irrationally. Several cars had to swerve to miss him crossing over before he realized it. The license plate began with Y16 for the owner’s reference.

They lie and pretty much a useless service paid $125 without having roach issue resolved. I would recommend to find someone else.

Do not use this company! We used Hudson for a few years without any issues; then we had a bug infestation. They sent a tech out, and he said there is nothing he could do?! I scheduled another appointment a few weeks later hoping they'd come with a different plan, and they did not even bother to show up. I called to cancel a few days later only to be threatened by the lady that took the call about coming after me about the payment that was due. I never received an apology or a refund, reluctantly I went ahead and paid anyway. Save yourself time and money stay away from this Hudson. They don't do their job and expect to be compensated.

We used Hudson Pest Control for years both at our home and at our office building without issue. After missing a payment because we changed banks and didn't realize the last check didn't go through, rather than send a new invoice in the mail, we received a very disrespectful and hateful email. I immediately called and said I had not received a bill or notice of the issue but would send a check out immediately. The secretary then called me a lying ***hole and hung up! I have since cancelled both accounts with this company and would not recommend them to anyone.
