Had them for quite a few years. When Christian came out to treat our lawn initially it looked amazing! We had quite a few techs after that and i was still satisfied. Once Jason (last tech) took over our lawn was a mess, weeds everywhere. When i went to call in to have them spot treat Jason would come back and talk down to me, making it seem as it was my fault my yard looked that way. Left feedback for them after I told them their services were no longer needed. I hope they addressed the issue for the sake of their company. We use a different company to treat our lawn now and couldn't be more satisfied.

Diego was professional, punctual, honest, with attention to detail. He also laid out a plan of action for further and future treatment needs. Things have really changed. When he started his business the owner was very responsive and eager to help. "Subtle detail" my lawn was brand new. So it was smooth sailing. My lawn started to show a decline, I provided constant one-sided (mine) pictures, texts and phone calls. 2nd re-sod is on my horizon. I am a small customer. I was hear when he started and was engaged with pictures and updates, along the way. I have given ample opportunities to remedy and collaborate on solutions. Radio silence. And in todays world that is not acceptable. But services and payments continued. Along with price increases. As if this post. I have severed ties with this company. To the reader. I am a detail oriented consumer. I will be glad to post pictures of weeks of multiple unanswered texts. So as not to appear as a complainer type. The owner knows this. I am providing information for potential customers. Mutiple sources have reported that the focus for this company are the "high profile " subdivisions and customers. So if your one of them you should be safe. The small fish (Nemo) have to just keep swimming. :) I hope this company can navigate the current rough waters and get back on track. We tried.

We use Empire for our lawn and home pest control. We recently had our roof replaced and required pest control/rodent exclusion from our home and grounds. The technician provided attention/care to detail, making sure all areas of the roof and attic were properly sealed, and came back frequently to check the traps. He was conscientious walking on the roof tiles and thorough in cleaning up the attic. Highly recommend them.

Diego is the person who manages my pest control, and he does a great job because – I never see any pests!! I had ghost ants for a little while, but those were treated, and now I am pest free – thank you Diego, for your diligence!

We have had empire for a little over two years now and they have been nothing but an awesome company to have take care of our yard and pest control for our house. Ben and Freddy are amazing when it comes to taking care of your lawn and making sure it’s always green and healthy And Diego is awesome with explaining everything that he’s doing for pest control around your house and making sure that he does a very thorough job and that all your needs are met before he leaves. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs their services.

We've been with Empire for a little over a year for both our lawn and indoor pest service. We have been very pleased with our choice. Both Benjamin and Diego have been fantastic to work with. They listen to our concerns, respond quickly and effectively. It is great to have a local company I can just call up the office and talk to a person directly. Typically when I call they're out in a day or two.

Diego was very professional, always called to let me know that he was on his way and always showed up on time when he was scheduled to. I am very happy with the rodent exclusion services that he provided. There has been no sign of any unwanted guests. I highly recommend Empire to anyone needing any of the services that they offer.
