John was fantastic! I can't recommend him highly enough. He was very pleasant and reassuring. He helped me get rid of a swarm of termites that had gotten into the house. I cannot say enough great things about TruNorth Bat Removal, especially Jamal and Blake. After dealing with multiple companies that couldn’t even complete a basic inspection, these guys were a breath of fresh air. From the start, Jamal and Blake were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to solving the problem. They went above and beyond where others completely dropped the ball. Not only did they thoroughly inspect everything, but they took the time to explain the process and make sure I understood exactly what was being done. The installation of the bat valve was handled flawlessly. You can tell they take pride in their work and actually care about doing the job right, not just getting in and out like the other companies I dealt with. If you’re dealing with a bat issue and want it handled the right way the first time, do yourself a favor and call TruNorth. Jamal and Blake set the standard for what service should look like.
