The 2 guys who came to us were excellent, sorry I didn’t get their names. They started working as soon as they arrived and kept working till the job was done. They seem to have done a great job, we have received lots of photos of the job and it all looks excellent. I would have no hesitation recommending them (and your company)

Javon and Josue did a great job working in our attic. They were quick and worked hard. Glad we did the air flow test. I recommend everyone use Chat GPT to totally understand the benefits of enough insulation and reduced Air flow between the house and attic

Tony took pictures of our home and explained what they would be doing for us and the impact it would have on saving energy. Today Javon and Leo came for the installation. They were on time very professional an excellent team! Highly recommend this company.

Was trying to be sold services that were not verified by turning blower fan on and checking for leaks in ductwork and was quoted thousands of dollars more for work that was not needed. Independent contractor came over ran blower fan checked for leaks none. Estimate was $650.00 to add fresh insulation to better insulate house. Capstone quoted thousands depending on how far I went with there the services they recommended. Very poor ethics in my opinion!

We chose Capstone because of their excellent reviews. They were very quick to respond and give me an estimate for insulating our garage attic. After I accepted the estimate they scheduled the work within a week. Javon and Leo did the job in a timely manner and cleaned up after the job was finished. From start to finish the whole process went smoothly. Thanks for the great job!

Knowing nothing about attic insulation and not being able to determine anything about the job from visual inspection because of my lack of knowledge, it is impossible for me to evaluate the quality of the job that was done. Therefore, a rating is meaningless. They could’ve done a great job or they could’ve done a terrible job. I would have no way of knowing. The first day they got here They drove over my lawn/sprinkler heads with a car. I have no idea why they would do that or show such lack of consideration/common sense. One guy spent most of his time with headphones on, staring at his iPhone. It seems to me that was one unnecessary person added to the job that I paid for.

Leo, Javon and Josue did an excellent job reinsulating my attic. My house was built 25 years ago and needed to be updated. They installed new airflow baffling to accommodate the additional insulation, resealed the AC ductwork and sealed gaps in the top plates. All for a reasonable price. Thanks to Derek and Capstone.

The process was frustratingly slow—it took 9 days to receive a quote, and I had to follow up two times just to get it. The quote also included expensive services that were never discussed during the appointment. Even with the Duke Energy rebate, their pricing was the highest I received. Overall, it felt like a waste of time.

They did a very good job of reinsulating our attic space, though I would have liked to have some of the older insulation removed unless its now encapsulated.The air pressure test was a great thing to have. It allowed me to find some door leaks. I'd suggest letting owners know how long the test is so they can spend time looking for obvious door and window leaks.

Customer service is HORRIBLE, try to work with who ever identify as owner to received a quote and the negativity on his part was awful. After advice the property would be rented on 9/1(which has nothing to do with the service, attic entrance is in the garage) he denied to come because the next available was 9/12, I even mentioned I can move the moving date to the 9/15, but he insisted that he can not come. I'm glad I didn't engaged my business with this company.
