Massey Services Pest Control

They sent a man who did not speak any English. I speak no Spanish. I live in a neighborhood with individuals from multiple ethnic backgrounds. To assume my neighborhood only speaks Spanish is completely wrong. Communication was extremely difficult. According to others he claimed he could not find out our bait stations. He barely used his equipment to look for them. He just planted new ones instead. We were not told we would have 2 different people coming out for 2 different inspections. W

We have used Massey for lawn & pest control over several years, using their lawn care we had no improvement so we cancelled this service. We had bees elevated in one of our trees & hired Massey to remove bees (for $750.00) guaranteed for a year which they subcontracted out to another company, they came to treat the bees, bees were gone for a short period of time and the bees came back. We have called Massey to request their attention & spoke with receptionist, managers over a 10 month period o

Called to restart my service after many years of amazing service. Was extremely disappointed with the rep that answered my call. I only asked one question.... "Do you speak Spanish?". Her response "I prefer English". I find this extremely disturbing as she clearly was Spanish. She could of said many other things but chose this. I just said no thank you and hung up. I find it odd that I was able to set up and continue many years of service with Spanish reps and even Spanish technicians who were a
