Zenpura is truly top notch! I have been using their services since I believe it was January 2020 and have never had a bad experience. The entire team is fantastic! From the administrative staff(shoutout to Liz) to the techs out in the field. Everyone is professional, friendly, and clearly committed to doing great work. My technician for the past four years has been Troy, and he is amazing! He consistently goes above and beyond and is always both personable and professional. A few years ago, I had a problem with wasps, and Troy handled it quickly and thoroughly. He removed all of the nests and treated the area so effectively that it’s like the wasps completely disappeared! I have not seen one since! It’s rare to find a company that is this consistently reliable and dedicated to quality service. Keep up the great work! ~Karen W.

My technician is Zach and has been since we have started using them almost a year now and he has been amazing and very respectful every single time. He does an amazing job every month since we have them come out once a month for fertilizers and every few months for pest control. He just laid the termite baits out and I could not be happier. I called at the last minute on a rental unit I needed treated before a tenant moved in and Zenpura was able to treat the property right away. They also sent detailed notes and pictures which is especially helpful since I do not live in the same city as the rental unit. They showed the areas they treated inside and out. It gave me peace of mind since I am an absentee owner.

We had a horrible roach infestation. I was ready to leave our home (roaches everywhere). I tried three different companies (expensive, yearly contract, and did not take care of the roaches) before I found Zenpura (based on Google Reviews). There is no yearly contract. The rep will come out as many times as you want. I call them when I need them, and my problem roaches are gone! This is an excellent company. Making an appointment is easy with Elisabeth who is polite, helpful, and efficient. Connor has excellent customer service skills; he loves his job. He is pleasant, professional, and efficient. He takes his time to do a thorough job. I am thankful I found this company!

Zenpura has been completing quarterly pest control at our home since we purchased it in 2021. Our home is a 1940s bungalow and leaves plenty of opportunity for critters (older construction, original features, etc). We have never had a single pest issue whatsoever! The technicians are always prompt, professional, and welcome any questions. They are flexible to schedule and work with us for any additional requests (inside treatment, sheds). I highly recommend Zenpura for pest control!

Unfortunately this company is unable to respond to a simple question regarding bugs in my property. Sent them a picture of what I verified online was a termite, they charged me over $400 for a termite service. After calling 4 times and emailing photos over a period of 2 weeks the owner stated it was not a termite. Another reputable company was able to come out the next day and diagnosed my major termite problem.
