Tyler was very professional, knowledgeable, and arrived ahead of time. My grass actually isn't in a bad state, but it could use some treatment for weeds. Tyler didn't push me to use their service since the problem is most likely from overwatering. I really appreciate the honesty and will definitely call them if I need help in the future!

The best way for a review is when the grass starts growing again but we have no problems with the service. Hopefully this will control the weeds on the right side of the house. I was working in the garden there and it looks pretty bad. Also, wonder why the grass is so bad along the curb.

Tom Hamilton was my service technician for today’s visit. Before working on the exterior of my home. Tom came inside and replaced the bug houses that traps lizards and other small insects that make it inside my house. He was able to identify every dead insect in the old traps. I was impressed. On the exterior Tom removed spider webs and spiders from the eaves. He also removed the reachable wasps nests from the house and he applied a 3 to 4 month bug prevention barrier to keep pests outside of my house. Tom treated the perimeter and exterior foundations of my home. Locations Treated: Perimeter Exterior Lawn-Back Lawn-Front Lawn-Sides Enclosed Back Porch Bathroom Issues targeted were cockroaches, spiders, centipedes, etc. He was very nice, friendly, professional and respectful. Trad's is the best!!!!

Charged for a year and a half without any service. Finally called and office took ownership saying they were at fault for not maintaining the contact. Then they promised to not charge us for one year to make up for their lack of service. How we, they have continued to charge us every month since despite my husband calling each time and their promises not to charge us. Completely incompetent and beware. Let another company take care of your pest control needs. We will have to cancel our credit card just to get them to stop unrightfully charging us.
