Orkin

I recently had a visit from Orkin and I just wanted to shout out my technician, Mauricio, because he did an amazing job. He was here for almost two hours and was super thorough the entire time. He treated both the inside and outside of my home and really made sure everything was taken care of. What I appreciated the most was how helpful and kind he was. Although I felt that the initial inspection was thorough, I was told my guesthouse had no termite activity. This was later found to be untrue. I was assured by multiple Orkin employees that the treatment chemicals used were safe for humans and pets and only being used in the attic and behind the walls (Termidor & Boracare). However, during the attic treatment, I experienced a severe allergic reaction, including eye burning, throat tightness, muscle spasms, stomach pain, weakness, and headache. I

I was with Orkin for 4 years had 2 houses with them and was a Federal employee effected by government shutdown. I was making partial payments and notified the company. I spoke with the Manager, Wayne today that said they closed my account and sent $80 to collections on 26 November (while the government was still shutdown even though I was making partial payments without notifing me) because they "can't control the government and have bills to pay too."
