On February 2nd while we were out of town, Logan went above and beyond to help us when our irrigation system was leaking. He could have just moved on to the next customer as it was not his responsibility. Instead, he took the time to insure that we knew about it and even shut the valve off for us. Thank you to Logan for saving us a lot of grief and money!! Not only that, his upbeat and pleasant demeanor is a always a pleasure.

This company is not just a bunch of talk hoping that they can silence you for months while they tell you change is coming.

The service has been great. Zach takes the time to review how our lawn is doing, and next steps. Since using Turf Science, bare spots are filling in, weeds are dying and the lawn is greatly improved.

My lawn was browning in areas and dying. After two treatments my lawn is greening up and growing again.

Update, Silas came out today to check what was going on with my yard. He genuinely cared and we have an action plan to help our yard.. My yard always looks amazing:) My tech, James, does a great job and when I have a trouble spot, which occasionally happens, he is on it and gets it back green again. Thanks Turf Science.

I've used this service for several years, but I've had 2 service calls over those years and today was the final straw with the service. Pics are attached of my lawn. No solution, and the reply was we don't kill grass and the grass needs water. Well, you don't kill weeds either and you don't prevent grass dying out with your products. They will always say it's not enough water. Well, it rains 3-4 days a week recently and these areas going dead have ample enough rain. Recent rise in monthly price for this outcome. No thanks, I cancelled today.

Your tech has advised that he did a spot check of the worst affected sreas and found chinch bugs. How do we address this problem

They did a terrible job on my lawn. The grass is uneven everywhere and they broke one of the pots for my plants and left glass everywhere without telling me!

So I did on line. Gave address, got a quote. Sent them my cc info. Tjat was like a month ago. Have not heard from them. I guess you don't need new business.

Horrible!!! Always have an outstanding balance from two - three months back.. According to my record all of my invoices are paid current.

Unprofessional. That is all I need to know. Not just one, but two trucks playing *who is more macho* and laughing about it as they block all traffic.

Beware of this company. They took over a brand new lawn and here’s whats left 2 years later. They also killed all citrus trees.

Was charged twice with no refund a week apart because I scheduled them to come at the end of the month they came and sprayed and then came out a week later and sprayed and the excuse was people in my area usually are at the beginning of the month. It's more convenient for their drivers. There are other issues with them. Very rude customer service. I never once raised my voice or was rude in any way. Couldn't believe it when Chris called and chewed me out all because I simply requested them to be more accurate on the schedule they created. Best wishes to the drivers family that couldn't come out. My beef isn't with you. But the boss didn't have to call me yelling dude... not cool. Was also told to find someone else that'll ve more accurate it's not possible. The four months I've had them come out they have had an excuse for why they didn't show up every time. How's that for accurate 🤔

I've had Turf Science out now twice. Both times my yard was not sprayed. I have cameras on my property that picks up everything. It shows them pulling up, sitting in the truck for 4 minutes then bringing the receipt to my door. My grass was not wet from anything either. I had also already asked they notify me when they were coming after the first time of seeing them NOT spray and was told I'd be notified or they'd knock so I could ensure they'd actually spray, they did not notify me or knock. I can not recommend.

Today I saw my technician miss spraying large parts of my yard and skip others all together. He went so quick I barely had time to run out front and catch him to come back and spray the areas he missed. if you are a customer I suggest you watch your technicians carefully if at all possible and if you aren't I would look for an honest company who expects their techs to actually spray your entire yard. When I called the complain they told me it would be better if I found a new company. Do yourself a favor and stay way
