I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Truly Nolen, especially Keith, the General Manager. From the beginning, Keith was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. What impressed me most was that he didn’t just pass things off to someone else—he personally made sure everything was handled correctly and followed through until the job was done. It’s obvious that Keith takes a lot of pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. He took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident about the service being provided. It’s rare these days to find a manager who is this involved and willing to stand behind both his team and the work being performed. Whether you’re dealing with pest control, termites, or rodent issues, I would absolutely recommend asking for Keith and his team. Excellent customer service, great communication, and someone who truly cares about doing the job right. 5 stars without hesitation!

There’s nobody I trust more than these guys to keep bugs and termites out. Of the few popular companies I’ve used in the past, Truly Nolan is the most reasonably priced and knowledgeable. You definitely get what you pay for. Always polite and friendly and never annoyed by all of my questions.

We hired truly Nolan to Perform our pest service at our Commercial grocery store and my residence as well. We had a lot of issues with pests and everything. They asked us to pay. We paid it once they signed us up as a customer from there. It was nothing but nickel and diamond us for every little thing aside of the fact that they weren’t controlling any of the pests coming in they would say that the pests were coming in via pallets, but we don’t have any pallets that come into our stores and we open up every single box so we still coming in from the outside, even though we were paying for outside service and then when we had a problem internally, they tried to charge us $600 to kill some pests on top of that, they were super rude The technicians themselves were very good at first, and then they steadily declined from there. They added on a bunch of services that never really helped. They will be really nice at first get your business and then didn’t really care about us Beware there’s other services way better

Keith and Richard were very helpful in assisting me and setting up my termite prevention and pest control plan. 5 out of 5 experience and I plan on continuing to use Truly Nolan for all my Pest control needs .

Keith did an outstanding job locating our ghost ant problem we have been having. Great service and a valuable education for me.

Richard did a great job of applying subterranean termite prevention insecticide for the construction site of a new storage shed slab and foundation. Quick, friendly, knowledgeable, and the price was the best of over a half-dozen quotes I received. Emily in the office was always friendly and great at getting me any information I needed. They make partronizing a locally owned company an easy decision. Thank you!

Absolutely terrible experience with Truly Nolen in Jacksonville. 1 star because its the lowest on the scale. We hired them to fix a rat problem in our crawlspace and attic. They did an inspection, claimed there was recent activity, and said the first step—sealing all entry points—would take 4–8 hours. It’s now nearly a month later, they’ve been to my home 4 times, and the job is still not finished. A 5th visit was scheduled for 6/19 and no one showed and no contact from the company. •First visit: Showed up unprepared, didn’t have materials, installed a few items and left •Then billed me the full $2,500 and marked the job “completed” •Multiple follow-up visits where work was left incomplete •Received repeated “job completed” notices when it clearly wasn’t •Wrong traps installed in the attic (confirmed by their own lead tech) •Sloppy work, including a vent filled with foam instead of properly sealed •No communication between staff or with me as the customer They were also supposed to sanitize the attic and quote insulation replacement—none of that has been done. I paid in full for a service that is maybe half completed at best. This company has extremely poor customer service, no accountability, and cannot be trusted. Their “100% satisfaction guarantee” is meaningless. Avoid Truly Nolen. Call literally anyone else. ⭐

Worst company ever. On May 26,2026 we had Nolen come out to inspect our attic and crawl space to see if rodents had entered due to seeing a few come over the fence from my neighbors home. Keith Coggins said he did see evidence in our attic that they had been in there. He said first step would be to close off every entrance that they could be getting in. (We) bought vent covers and he said they could put them on for us along with using wire mesh to cover all open places. We were told it would be one trip to do all covered holes...they would also put boxes in the attic and check them for 3 weeks to make sure nothing was still alive . Also, that rat poop and pee was in our insulation and they work with a company who would remove all insulation sanitize and replace with new insulation. The crew came out the following Saturday...it was four of them and after about an hour or so two of them left and the other two did hardly nothing talked walked around and then also left. The next day we received a text saying the job was completed and we need to pay. My husband then called and said nothing has been completed hardly nothing has been done. The lady said well her paperwork said it was completed and we needed to pay. We tried to call Keith numerous times just to get voice mail..left several messages with no return call. Finally after many tries we heard back. We were told they would have a full crew out here the following Friday..one man showed up worked a little over 2 hours and we couldn't even tell he had made any progress. Another week two men showed up...again still open holes all around crawl space when they left. We call again...this time the crew manager came out and said what have these guys been doing. This job isn't half done yet. He said they know how to do a better job then this. He said the first thing he was going to do was to let Keith know the job isn't no way close to being finished. So my husband ask if he could check the boxes in the attic..he did and said OMG...these are for little mice these are not the right boxes . So he replaces them with larger ones. Another week has gone by nothing...no one has came back. My husband calls again to be told a whole crew will be there on Friday. Friday came no one showed up all day . I was home all day waiting. Still...not even the first step of closing all entries has happened. It is now June 19th. Nothing more has been done. No one has came back to check to see if dead rats could be deteriorating in the boxes..There is a smell every time the air conditioner comes on. It is not healthy for us to breathe. Nolan has received their money from us after the first visit. Please do not use this company. There is not any communication among themselves or to the customer. Worst company we have ever used. Very expensive and they could care less if the job get done. Just a bunch of " Oh yeah we'll get right on it. " to be left hanging for weeks at a time. Very dissatisfied in their workmanship and their honesty.

Casey did a great job on our annual inspection/service. He is personable and professional and kept us informed each step of the way. Before leaving, he made sure to ask if we had any questions. We're repeat customers and plan to stay that way.

I had no previous experience with pest control companies and was nervous at first because I noticed evidence of termites and I am always worried about companies trying to upsell me on services I don't need. I never felt any pressure to buy or make a quick decision and all of my many questions were answered without me feeling rushed. Great employee. Great company. Thanks for the great customer service.

Garrett was so helpful in helping me understand exactly where the issue was coming from in my home. He was on time, courteous, friendly, when above and beyond to explain things and make me feel reassured. I’m looking to transfer all my Pest services from Bug Out over to Truly Nolan. Garrett explained that they are locally owned and operated compared to other companies that have gone corporate and I like the fact that when I call, I won’t get a representative in a foreign country answering the phone. Absolutely love this pest control company! They’re always professional, reliable, and do an amazing job keeping our home pest-free. Huge shoutout to Casey — he is the absolute BEST.
