Total Spraying came out and applied sod in my front yard. It looks great!! Kept me informed during the whole process with pics and text. Once I got home, they also gave me advice on irrigation heads and watering as well as a self efficient wireless sprinkler system. It was a pleasant and hassle free experience. Total Spraying is the best we've ever had. Melanie who services our home is a rock star - thorough, professional, positive and effective. So is Ashley - very responsive - delivers quickly. We've had them for a few years. But this year, our lawn looked terrible just a few weeks ago. We considered going elsewhere, but I decided to email them and give them a shot at fixing it. They answered immediately, which they always do. John, the owner, came to our house and spent over an hour showing us the moisture content of our soil versus our neighbor's whose soil had tremendous moisture content - ours did not. We explained that we water our Zoysia grass often, but only for 10 minutes. He said turn it up to at least 30 minutes. We did that and within 4 days, our lawn looks green. He was kind, knowledgeable, patient and thorough.

One of the best things I could have done for my lawn was to hire these guys. Keeping in mind that the results would need at least 9 -12 months of consistent service and following good mowing and watering practices. The previous company would be in and out in minutes whereas Total Spray made sure every square foot was covered. Again, a lot needs to be done by the homeowner in terms of mowing and watering properly, especially in seasons of drought. Shout out to: Fred Stearns

I just started with Total Spraying and I am impressed!! Tyler, the technician that came to our house did a quality job. First he treated the entire lawn then went back with another sprayer and spot treated problem areas, weeds, etc. Most companies would just spray the lawn and leave! Besides being professional Tyler was also very personable, I asked him a couple of questions and got immediate answers. He certainly didn’t just spray and run!

Great customer service. Wonderful team. The termite treatment was detailed. We did scanning, trenching and installed new stations. The technician was patient and explained all our questions and dispelled mysteries surrounding the treatment. Total Spraying also do our turf management including fertilization and internal and external pest control. We highly recommend Total Spraying.

Total spray does a great job of feeding weeds. I thought they would evaluate the condition of the yard and treat accordingly...1/3 of my yard is now weeds, When they started doing my yard there were very few weeds. Not really cost effective. Just go to a big box store and follow their advise, save your money.

I started with Total Spraying last August. I investing in Sod after a pool and paver installation. The chinch and sod web worms had a field day! I may have brought Total Spraying in a little late for last year but have a noted improvement. They have been very responsive to questions, show up after one day noticification, are pleasant and are getting the job done. I would recommend Total Spraying LLC. Linda P

Mixed thoughts, I found the techs to be very nice, certainly short term, lawn improved. Paid initially to have beds sprayed with round up. Watched the guy carry a back pack, talking to other tech, didn’t spray anything. Their response was only in good weather… sunny pretty day… cancelled that portion. Had chinch bugs last year, took several attempts to get them back out to spray, finally showed up, again, very nice but why so long?? Cancelled and started with new company, hopefully have better results.

It does take a couple of treatments to take care of when there is an infestation. I would have been happy to change the auto payment date to later in the month if you mentioned this was better for you.<br><br>I see you started service on 3/1/21 and the auto payment was set the the 7th. The next treatment was completed on 4/26/21 .<br><br>As we mentioned on the phone the longer time between the 1st treatment and the rest moving forward is due to the normal week each month we do a particular area or side of town. Your area is done the 4th week each month. This allows everyone to always know when to expect service each month. When someone starts service we get them started right away so they are not waiting weeks to start. Issues can worsen within that time frame.<br><br>We also send out emails the day before service so you know the tech will be out. We do try to make sure the process is understood in our service agreement. I've had other lawn services. None were as consistent as Total Spraying has been. Their payment options are also a CUT above the others. My lawn is looking better and the weed eater trimming is great!

Service is overpriced and ineffective. For the one year I used this company my yard went downhill. the people treating my yard usually didn't even know what they were spraying. If it hadn't cost me as much money to ultimately need a new yard I may have even found it laughable. Consumer beware

We started the lawn in September 2015 and you cancelled February 2016, it is hard to see the results in the winter treatments. We are applying pre emergent, pot ash, and fungus control during theses months. They installed a lawn last March. There are a few trouble spots which they still have not fixed. Usually you will have to leave a message and they may or may not get back with you. You never know when they are going to show up to spray lawn. If you have your back gate locked...they obviously don't spray but do not tell you that on their slip in door. They will full bill you whether or not they performed full treatment or not. As far as billing...they are way behind and when you do finally get your bill they are saying it is overdue! They seem to be trying to grow to quickly and are are not paying enough attention to their current customers.

Response from the customer after install- Geo Johnston Total Spraying was fantastic in replacing our front lawn. We wanted to use a zoysia product called Zenith rather than what they customarily use. John S. oversaw the entire job. He was amazing in his follow-up to ensure that the lawn looked its best. He is still checking in with us on the lawn's progress. Very reasonable in pricing, too. As a general rule, these guys do good work. But their service days are erratic and the customer service is blunt and unfriendly. Just recently we had an instance where they skipped our maintenance for a week. I contacted the office about the issue and was basically told that I was lying. My wife called the following week only to be told that "some houses were missed due to a glitch in the system last week." The nexr service day they promised some "additional services" to make up for the missed service. Not only was no additional service provided, the cut and overall job was the worst they have ever done. Grass clippings were all over the deck in the back yard, the "special" trim of the bushes in the front was not done, and they must have brought the dullest blade in the shop to cut the grass. They really showed us. I had read in reviews that customer service was an issue with this group. So be forewarned. There is truth in that statement. But the price is good, as is the work some days -- when they show up as scheduled and don't have a "glitch in the system." I've made the decision to look elsewhere. One too many disappointments for me.
