Today, 12/27/23, Alex Pérex performed the pest control service to our home and wanted to leave a review of how fantastic was Alex. He heard all my concerns and took care of all of them. He was thorough and took his time to do the service that I felt he did very well. He was very cordial and friendly. Very cordial and professional and explained in detail what she was going to do around the house, which made me feel very comfortable. I inspected the house afterwards and she took care if everything! Alex was great, very thorough both inside and outside my home. He was very respectful of my privacy, always made sure he could open doors etc. he explained what to expect and told me I could call at any time if I saw anything or had any concerns. Great experience!

Marcus showed up promptly at my house as scheduled. It is always a pleasure to meet and deal with people who take their job very seriously, who are knowledgeable about what they do and why they do it, and are passionate about it. Outstanding customer service.

Don’t go with this pest control service. Initially I was thrilled with a local company who goes door to door to get to know their neighbors but the technician mislead my husband. We were told we could get a termite inspection which sold us on their services only to be told a week before we needed our inspection that they haven’t done termite inspections for 6 months. This put my husband and I in a bind and we didn’t appreciate the misinformation. You shouldn’t go out of your way to get business by lying to people! Service itself has been fine and technicians have been great, just be mindful of the sketchy selling tactics!

Marcus did a great job servicing my home inside and out. He was very knowledgeable of everything pest control related and answered all of my questions leaving me very satisfied. Since he’s serviced my home I have had no issues with bug intruders and on the perimeters of my home. Thanks again Marcus.

Update: The initial treatment provided was done by a very kind person. Unfortunately that didn’t fix the bug issues, we’ve had nothing but continuous bug problems even after 5 months and repeated call backs for treatments. Spiders, millipede infestations, cockroaches and worst of all scorpions. Inside and outside of a newly built house. Completely ineffective and overpriced. Having to pay the cancellation fee was salt on the wound, but at least I’m no longer paying for something that absolutely does not work. Don’t waste your money. Rachel was our technician and did an amazing job! She walked me through the whole process and was very knowledgeable. Thank you Rachel!!

Don’t be swindled by this awful company. Overcharge, billing is a mess. I still see cockroaches and other nasty bugs in house for an exorbitant price. I signed up for few treatments but they seem to come by every month and charge me $100+
