Safari Termite & Pest Control

I switched from another pest control company, and Safari responded immediately. The communication was quick and direct and exactly what I was looking for.

The service was great and very helpful I never had any issues with the service.

Great experience. Safari was unable to spray my whole yard due to roofing work so sprayed a portion and left a note for rescheduling no extra charge. The young man who came was knowledgeable and gave me info about pet safety after spraying.

I have used Safari pest control for my yard over a period of 2years. Whenever there were concerns or problems I was directed to speak with a manager. The manager for my area was always very rude and nasty. I recently had an additional driveway added to my yard in March. I called Safari to inform service would need to be put on hold until the completion of the driveway. After completion of the driveway the manager was ask to come out to reassess the square foot for service. I was given a $3 price change for service starting in April. After paying for 2months of the new price change I received a letter in the mail of being put on hold for nonpayment. After calling to discuss what I knew was an error. The same manager insisted I owed $3. This is the third time this manager has been rude and no one at Safari pest control seems care about the quality of service and how customers are treated.

Let me start by saying this 1 start has nothing to do with the service they provide, I have nor will I ever use them. I had an incident on 6/19 on the road with a younger driver with a mustache heading down beach blvd to university. I was on my motorcycle heading down beach when the driver, who was in the median waiting to merge in to the lane on beach, decided to either pull out in front of me or didn't see me. Either way he pulled out and I had to severely swerve to avoid an accident. At that time I did sound the horn alerting him of what happened. Well a mile or 2 down the road I'm sitting st the university traffic light and the driver passes me while sticking his hand out of the window giving me the middle finger! I then called to file a complaint and was then given the run around "the VP is in a meeting" whats your name and number I'll have him "call you back" this is a serious matter. Well I've had no call back nothing. So if this is how the employees are managed I can only imagine what they are getting away with on customers accounts. This experience left me extremely shaken up, and disappointed with how it was handled. No sorry, no we apologize nothing. Take this for what you will, I'm not one to run to Google but I gave them the opportunity to handle this and they chose to do nothing.

Safari has been great so far. I use them for termite, pest, and lawn care. Everyone I deal with is very accommodating and professional. I highly recommend them!

Nice and easy

Had my 1st treatment done and with in a few weeks I was noticing a difference. Greener, healthier grass less weeds. My lawn is starting to look right again. I was tired fighting it my self and allowing professionals to handle it was a better idea.

I found them to be very responsive and reasonably priced for their Monthly Lawn service. Their technicians are prompt and addressed any concerns that I had.

The flea and german cockroach treatment worked very well. We started seeing improvement from the first day they applied the product. Demetrios was very professional and explained all the details of the process to us.

These guys are the best! My yard looks incredible after the first treatment. Highly recommend!

First couple of years I used them, my yard looked great. The last 2 years it has looked awful, I called them, they came out and did absolutely nothing. I fired them, and the next day I caught them spraying my front yard. I made them get off my property, and now my front yard looks as if it was sprayed with grass killer. The backyard looks fine and it wasn't sprayed. I found them to be big on excuses and blame while short on customer service and performance. I do not recommend them!

Great customer service!

Jonathan was out on Monday to look at my lawn. The next day my lawn was sprayed for the variety of weeds I have. I have already noticed the weeds died. Will continue treatment with them.

Safari serviced my yard for years with my yard appearing superior to my neighbors who used another company. The last 3 years my yard has been in awful condition and highly inferior to my neighbors; my calls and concerns were ignored by safari. The day after I fired them, I caught them spraying my front yard and told them to get off my property. It's now spring and my front yard is in deplorable condition to the degree of the worst in the neighborhood. I have my suspicions that they dosed my yard on that day as my back yard which they did not access looks completely different. As you notice from other reviews, they are quick to provide rebuttal excuses and blame their customers while not doing anything to resolve their negative service. I do not recommend safari!

I was a customer for over four years. They were not able to kill the crab grass in my lawn and bugs were eating my grass. I decided to cancel all of their services. The next week after I canceled the services, they sent someone out to do pest control and charged me $80. When I called to remind them that I canceled the service, they had the manager to call me to say I did not cancel the pest control. I told them I canceled all services. They continue to bill me and are now sending me to collections for $80. I would not recommend them to anyone.

We have had safari for years. They go beyond. I would recommend them to everyone.

We left our previous lawn pest control company because every month we'd show them areas of concern and within a week of ther treating it the area of concern would double in size. We had dead areas all over. I called Safari and their prices were comparable to the company we previously used and we actually saw green grass start showing in the dead areas....in the middle of winter. The fungus killing our grass was bad enough it took 2 treatments to be sure, but there was noticeable improvement after the 1st treatment. Their customer service has been wonderful whether calling the office, speaking to the area supervisor or the technicians who do the spraying. Our neighbor also switched to Safari after our lawn improvements. We highly recommend Safari for lawn pest care needs.

This company is useless. I had them for about two years and my St. Augustine was eventully taken over by all weeds. Early on I identified a new weed and they said they would treat it. After two application visits, the problem was worse. The "manager" determined the tech applied the wrong herbicide. Allegedly they treated it once correctly and never again. When you call it goes to a voice mail and they call you 3 days later it your lucky. Do NOT waste your time and money with this company.
