Royal Pest Service has nice folks who are easy to work with. They responded quickly to my request for service, were clear and concise, and showed up when they said they would. There were no high pressure tactics and repeated texts and phone calls which I really appreciated. Andre did the treatment at my house - very friendly guy and he did a thorough job.

I have been a loyal customer for many years. Their service is typically outstanding. They used to back up their services with an understanding that if they couldn't fix your lawn issue, they would rectify the situation to your satisfaction. I have had a unique weed in my yard for about 3 years. They have treated and treated to no success. They finally treated it with a stronger herbicide that killed the weed, but also killed my grass. Now they just do retreats with fertilizers, etc. to hopefully grow the grass back. They used to put in plugs whenever they caused lawn damage. Disappointed they don’t take responsibility…

Andre has been absolutely amazing! He’s helped us with an ant problem at our house and has gone above and beyond every step of the way. He’s always friendly, professional, and shows up with a smile.
