Now I see why they have 3.5 stars. While in traffic I went to merge and one of the rivers truck would not let me in. When I made it in, he decided to flip me off and make a "jerk off" motion, then argue with me on the exit ramp. Great way to run a business acting like that with your logo plastered all over your truck.

Left the inside of my home a complete mess - I understand them must check spaces unaccompanied by myself but it looks like a police squad raided my home. There appears to have been no respect for my home.

Rivers did an excellent job of eliminating dry wood termites in my home. Explained what they were doing, how to protect my plants, what I needed to do to keep food protected. They have erect a tent around the entire structure and gas it. The staff and workers were very professional and pleasant to work with. It’s been nearly three months and no more termites!

If you want to waste your money and get no solution to your problem, hire these people. Otherwise you’re better off hiring someone else like Turner Pest Control. Highly recommend them over these people that just like to rip people off.

For almost ten years I have done business with River's Pest control. Always happy with the service! Now I do not feel this way. My house has the symptoms of the return of the subterranean termites. I called the office and I was told they need pictures of the problems. Well I have no way of having to provide pictures of the mud tubes. All I needed was for a technician to check out the problem. I was told the scheduling person was not in and will return my call. This did not happen. I called the next day and was told the same thing. I still have not received the call. If I have to call on day number three I will no longer do business with them. They need competent office people!

We purchased a four unit apartment building last year and after closing we discovered active termites in several of the units. I had called Rivers to have them come check since the building had an active termite bond on the building with them. They informed me the bond was up for renewal and billed me the $665 for the next year. I have had them out about 4 times this last year and have discovered active termites in the floors and windows of the building. They have spot treated but have refused to tent to address the issue. My renewal came up again this year and I called to discuss my concerns with renewing if they were not going to do the required work expected. The receptionist was rude and appeared to care less about my concerns. Not a company I would recommend or do business with in the future

The horror of tenting for termites was fast and easy and made a breeze. It went from being an experience I was dreading to a completely positive experience. Very professional and went above and beyond with service. Highly recommended!

Terrible Business Practices and Zero Customer Service My wife and I have been dealing with Rivers Pest Control since 2018, faithfully paying our annual bond for 6 years straight. When we discovered termite activity and needed them to actually honor their warranty by tenting our property, they flat-out refused to do the work we were paying them to cover. Because they wouldn't fulfill their end of the contract when we had an actual termite issue, we didn't renew in 2024. Now we have another problem, and instead of working with customers who paid them faithfully for 6 years, they want full fumigation price and refuse any accommodation. What really gets me is the unprofessional runaround we've gotten. I watched my wife call them every single day for over a week trying to get through to a manager. Each time, the office person promised a callback that never came. After a week of this nonsense, they finally told us we weren't allowed to speak to a manager at all. This is how they treat loyal customers? Take our money for years, refuse to honor their warranty when we need it, then give us the runaround when we try to resolve things reasonably? Looking at their reviews compared to other pest control companies in our area, I wish we had done our homework better from the start. The other companies have much better ratings and actually seem to care about customer service. Save yourself the headache and go with a company that actually stands behind their work and treats customers with respect. Rivers Pest Control clearly doesn't value long-term relationships or professional service.

Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service and Business Practices I was a loyal customer for 6 years, paying my annual bond faithfully from 2018-2023. When I discovered what appeared to be active termite activity in my back stairwell and requested tenting under my warranty, Rivers Pest Control refused to honor their commitment and would not tent the property. Due to their refusal to address the termite issue I was paying them to cover, I did not renew my 2024 bond. Now that I have a new termite problem, they are demanding full fumigation costs and refuse to work with a 6-year customer who had one missed payment. The customer service has been appalling. I called every single day for over a week trying to speak with a manager about finding a reasonable solution. The office staff repeatedly promised the manager would call back but never did. After 6 consecutive days of calling, I was finally told I would not be allowed to speak to a manager at all. For a local family business, their treatment of long-term customers is shocking. They took my money for 6 years, refused to honor their warranty when I needed it, then showed zero willingness to work with me when I tried to resolve the situation. I cannot recommend Rivers Pest Control. Their warranty appears worthless when you actually need it, and their customer service is unprofessional. Look elsewhere for pest control services. After reading other reviews, I see I'm not alone in this experience. The pattern of poor customer service and warranty issues appears consistent with what other customers have reported. Other pest control companies in the area have much better ratings and reviews - I should have paid attention to that from the beginning. Update: Still waiting for that manager callback they promised a week ago.

House was tented and i SO LOVED that one of the thechs was caring and VERY compassionate about one of our indoor cats. So ..this gentleman went beyond to help us in our time of need! He actually REALLY helped and i..WE are forever grateful bc he helped us with our cat.. xoxo keep up the GREAT work!!!

I wish I could give zero stars! DO NOT use this company for locker fumigation services. They are beyond unprofessional. They don’t stick to any schedule, holding your furniture hostage for months before randomly deciding it’s “done.” Then they give you just five days to pick it up—regardless of whether you're on vacation or dealing with other issues. If you don’t, they charge $25 PER DAY while your furniture sits in their subpar storage that leaks and has no climate control, ruining your items anyway. To make matters worse, after I had surgery and physically couldn’t retrieve my furniture, they actually threatened to dump it on the curb for trash pickup! When I confronted the owner about the condition of my furniture, her excuse was that it had been raining six inches a day. So, you admit that your storage and lack of proper scheduling ruins people's belongings? This company is a complete nightmare. Avoid them at all costs if you value your time, money, or possessions. Absolutely disgraceful!

Best pest control and fumigation company in North Florida hands down. No one comes close for the quality of work and care taken that these guys do.

Dogs attack us. They broke thru the door and attacked. My coworker got bit. Nothing to clarify. Wad not on job site was at office. 3 boxers and 1 pit.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Jimmy is very professional and an all around nice guy. My dogs LOVE him - which as we all know is a very good thing. The care that he takes to ensure that I am a happy customer is above and beyond. He goes the extra mile. He always asks if there are any new bugs or anything to be concerned about and he is very thorough. When you call the customer service line an individual answers and they are always nice and helpful. I don't normally give reviews, but I knew this one needed to be shared :)
