Jimmy with Remedy Pest Control is wonderful. In addition to spraying the inside of my home, he provided me so much information to help control pests.

Lately I have been less than impressed with Remedy. Emailed them Dec 6th to come out before the holiday to hit the house. Didn't hear back from them till just this last week. Also I have told them due to my work schedule I need to have them schedule times not just send me a message at 5pm that they will be out here the next day in the early morning. I cant drop what I'm doing to have someone home. I have also asked them to hit my yard to keep fireants at bay and they have yet to do that for over a year. Usually it is pick 2 good fast or cheap. Well they took the opposite, you pick the 2 you dont want and they only do the one. So they are cheap, but they aren't good and they aren't fast.

Used Remedy a year and a half ago and the service they provided eliminated the problem immediately. After a few months, I slacked on continuing the service. Fast forward to current, our problem came back. Without thinking I got another company (name starts with a T and ends with an X) to come address the problem. After having that company with 2 different technicians at our home 3 times in under 2 months, the problem not only didn’t go away, IT GOT WORSE. I called Remedy, Phil came over within a day or two and addressed the problem. It’s been 5 days now since his visit and zero signs of the problem. They’ve got my business from now on!!!

I used Remedy Pest Solutions, LLC for squirrel exclusion services and I highly recommend them. Mike was very customer focused. He delivered quality work on a timely basis for a very reasonable fee. I interviewed a number of companies to address my squirrel invasion and Remedy fees were substantially less then some of bids received. Mike quickly built trust in his knowledge and abilities to solve my problem. He then delivered on his promises. The work on closing the entry points for the squirrels was done carefully and blended in nicely with the existing soffits on my gables. You need to get a bid from this company if you need squirrel exclusion services.

I contracted with Remedy Solutions in May 2021.I admit to not reading their contract carefully. Make sure you identify on the contract you want to be contacted or you may receive a service not requested. I had discussed with the technician possibly going to quarterly but didn't want it immediately. On my contract where it said payments there was 45, 45, and 85 written and I should have questioned it then. My biggest problem was the technician coming while I was not home and spraying my yard which I would never request. I refused to pay the bill at the time and called the office. Once a customer is wrong there is no recovery. There was no effort to work with me or clarify the misunderstanding. They will get their payment but lose a customer forever. Their website claims to be family operated with Veterans employed. This is how a Veteran was served

Very unprofessional. Technician came out and decided to pull my water hose from the side of my house, connect it to his truck in my driveway and fill whatever up for 10 min straight. Never asked if he could use my water for his supply to do his job. But when I raised my garage, he hurried up and disconnected the hose and flung it in the grass without returning it where he pulled it from. I have it all on camera! Also, the work he did lasted 5 min tops in a 3 bedroom single family home.When I asked if he would be spraying outside, his response was he’ll be doing that later. Never did it….My husband had to come home and reel the water hose back in place. I will NEVER use them EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!
