They lived up to all of my expectations. I own 5 houses. One had bed bugs in one of the rooms so of course we did the entire house. They matched the price I had from a major competitor (I like that). Had German roaches in another house. One treatment, they are reduced to almost nothing. I will take two more treatments. Only slight negative is the ACH on my card. I am a responsible adult who pays my bills in a timely manner.

Don't look any further, this is the company you want to use. So I had critters in my attic, sounded like they were building a condo!. I called several places and wow, prices are very high. Then I found Ratchet. Darryl came out on a weekend at no extra charge. He plugged the holes. He repaired the duct work that the little critters destroyed and set traps. I really didn't want the critters killed, but they were rats. I'm not sure how he did it, but he has freed my home of the critters.....and nobody died. If you want excellent services at a reasonable price, call Ratchet!! They even came back a few months later when I heard noises to check and make sure everything was fine. There are no more critters, just a lot of squirrels running on the roof of my house. I could not ask for a more reasonabe priced service. And....all employees are super kind and polite. Hire this company, you will not regret it.

I recently purchased a home and needed to protect my investment from the start. I called Ratchet Roach Pest control who and was serviced the very next day. RR installed my baseboards in my garage and serviced my home to create the barrier I need to keep pest out all together. This high level of service was even noticed my neighbors who also hired RR to install her baseboards in garage too. This pest control company has been to our home over 3 times. They did a great job with rodent control, even though the cost was outrageous. They first 3 sprays for roaches were very fast, and had absolutely NO luck in getting rid of them. Daryl came out a few months ago and sprayed himself. When he left, he said I'll see you in a few weeks. We haven't seen, or heard from them since. The Roaches were definitely better, and I absolutely believe if he would've returned like he said, we would probably be good to go. Now we're back where we were. We threw a lot of stuff away, and it didn't matter. Because he didn't return, my poor Mom is STILL dealing with this catastrophy. Its disgusting and horrible. Especially after paying a crap ton of money over the last year or so. I deleted my last post because Daryl showed up, but I'm posting another picture because he didn't follow through. It's exhausting at this point.

Rachet Roach Pest Control did an amazing job! I had a bad cockroach problem and they came through big time. Rico was the technician who helped me out — super friendly, professional, and really knew his stuff. He made sure every area was treated and even gave me some great tips to keep the roaches from coming back. It’s been a few days and I can already tell a huge difference. Definitely recommend them if you’re dealing with pests!

Please Beware of scammer and theft. From the owner to the customer service rep. I have paid over 300 dollars with this company and have yet to be satisfied with the service. On top of the garbage solution used, my card information was saved without authorization by owner, to be auto charged for follow up service. After calling the first time about the charges and giving grace , allowing them to make it right, being told the card would be taking off of auto pay and i wouldnt have to worry about it in the future , they proceed to take an additional two payments out the following month. When u call, the rep hangs up on you. No remorse and no professionalism . Ratchet is the perfect decription for the company in general. Hope this is the start of better service. I have been extremely inconvenience from having to cancel card to stolen money once again, (no authorization).
