Nicole was great, explained everything and was very thorough.

Quick Catch showed up on time, and we could tell that they were very experienced, because they took care of our 2nd story breached area ( where squirrels were able to enter & exit our 3rd story attic) very easily. They made sure with a fool-proof steel grating that we will be critter free now, & no longer have to worry about it. Problem solved. Thank you, Quick Catch for being prompt, reliable, & professional. We'd recommend them for sure.

Timely appointment by the dispatcher. Chris Ferrell noticed immediately that at least one access to our crawl space wasn't screened off. He did a complete look at our crawl space and noted a few other places where access was possible. Great job!

I called Quick Catch when we noticed we had at least one armadillo living underneath our house. They were able to send someone out within two days to examine the issue. Mitchell was very professional and explained there process completely. After examining the property he set two traps around the one borough he found. Less than 24 hours later, He trapped 2 armadillos! Quick Catch certainly lived up to its name!

Nicole at Quick Catch responded when no one else would. We had a some dead ducks on our pond and she does the hard work without flinching. We were hearted by her response and care for these expired animals. We enjoy our wildlife, yes even Muscovy have personalities. Nicole works with heart. Quick Catch will remove live nuisance animals, we are sure doing so humanely. Good company.

Michael was a huge help to us with recovering a dead possum under the house! He was very respectful and kept us informed while we weren’t home! Highly recommend

Paid thousands to have the house Rodent proofed. An opossum broke through the soffit, and I had it repaired for $400. Then an opossum broke through my metal soffit, first was plastic soffit. By repairing it I voided my warranty. Didn’t like the Warranty getting voided. Buyer Beware!!!!

I got looped in to the $275 flat fee with the hopes that they’d be able to catch the snake I saw in my garage. I told the lady over the phone that our garage is FULL of tools and equipment, where I had seen the snake, and all the possible exists for it. She proceeded to have me describe the snake, which apparently is a black racer and is hard to catch with the preventative measures they use for those types of snakes. Needless to say, she essentially told me that I’d be wasting my money on the service but then really played into my fear for snakes and emphasized the importance of having a technician come out and do all the things that inevitably would not make a difference. I contemplated not allowing them to charge my card ( I gave the wrong expiration date over the phone on accident ), but I didn’t know the repercussions that would come for that. I mean they get your address to your home and everything so. After reading other one star reviews, my buyer’s remorse has really been solidified with this company. I would take that time to shop for cheaper prices before you call them, it’s $300 whether or not they complete the job they came out for and I just don’t think that is right.

You say the dog you picked up and dumped in the trash didn't have identification so that's why you discarded it like you would a dead raccoon on the side of the road. A dog with a collar and bandana on its neck is not like a dead raccoon or opossum you find, it's obvious it's someone's. When you pick up a dog or cat you absolutely 1000% should call animal control at least to let them know you picked up an animal with a collar on as someone may be looking for it. Instead you dispose of it without a word to anyone???!!! Wrong wrong wrong and shame on you!!!! It takes 2 minutes to pick up the phone and call Animal Control to notify them. How many dogs and cats have you disposed of without letting anyone know that we're being looked for by their owners. No excise!!
Provider response
Animal control does nothing with dead animals. The animal was hit by a car and had no identification on it whatsoever. The dog had been dead for 24-48 hours, which means there was a strong smell. There’s nothing else that we could have possibly done since we had zero information. Animal control would not handle this. Why did the dog get hit by a car? <br>Does no one want to point any responsibility to the owner of the dog?
Mackenzie Hunt
They will take a loved family pet to the dump for “proper disposal” even with him having tags, a bandana, and a microchip. Words cannot express how disgusted I am with this company.
Provider response
This dog was hit by a car and had no identification on it whatsoever. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we could have done with no information.
Cole Hensley
They’ll pick up your dead dog that got hit by a car and take him to the dump and trash him without trying to reach out. (He had a chip in him)
Leslie Thomas
Total waste of effort/ limited funds. Refused intake of cat who appeared at my door. Intake not allowed as walk in, and only appts avail four MORNINGS, not full days per week. I had to pay round trip can to find this out. I telephoned ahead and the info msg recording said NOTHING about requiring prior appointmen
Provider response
Hello Mrs. Thomas, I think you're possibly confusing us with another facility or company. We are not an intake facility or rescue shelter. We trap and relocate wild animals and don’t do anything with dogs or cats. This is the first sentence of our voice memo when you call our office.

Really need a new title name is kind of falls is called quick catch but only for what I called and I got told that they don’t catch dogs cats I had a snake in the backyard they didn’t even come out for that I do not recommend this business
Provider response
I am not sure if you left a review for the wrong company or where are you are getting your information. We do not catch dogs and cats, which are domestic animals. We do catch Wildlife. This is written all over our website. If you have a snake in the backyard, not only can we come out for that, but we are typically there within the hour! Please let me know who you spoke with and where are you got this information?

Called to get an estimate for a dead animal removal. The animal is on the curb, in front of my house. All they have to do is pull up, shovel it into a receptacle, and drive off; in and out in under 5 minutes. I was told, for it being the weekend, the removal rate would be $250. That's ridiculous. I could just as easily shovel the thing into the trash, and let them take it away; but I wanted to do the right thing. But for "the right thing," $250 is obscene.
Carol Bowe
There is no "free estimate" . They charge $295 to come out, claim they will trap and remove the wild life. Guarantee their work if and it's a big if, you rodent proof as they recommend. In my case, they wanted an additional $2700 plus. Never caught anything even though traps were sprung; awful with appointment scheduling. Told by owner, they did me a favor to check traps they placed in the attic 4 times, which they then removed. I still have the problem.
Jesse VanSlyke
Have called twice, first time they told me they would call back and didn't. The second time I left a voice mail to call me back and never received a response. For a company that's supposedly 24/7 you would think I would have at least gotten a call back saying we are busy or something. I'll take my business somewhere else.
