I've been using PestMaster for a year now since moving into my new home, and I can confidently say they’ve been amazing. I had a serious roach problem when we first moved in, and PestMaster was the first company to respond and give me an estimate. They treated my home shortly after, and since then, the issue has drastically improved. Given that I live in a heavily wooded area, I don’t expect my home to be completely bug-free—but PestMaster has given me the peace of mind I needed. Now, any bug that does make it in doesn’t last long. I used to see roaches and ants daily, multiple times a day. Now, it's just the occasional sighting, which is a huge improvement. I’m very satisfied with their service.

I had a horrible infestation of carpenter ants. I suppose part of it was my fault. I had leaf mulch all around my house and yard timber stacked up which I should have gotten rid of. The ants began getting in my house and I couldn't find the entry point. My daughter contacted PestMaster. Dan came right away and sprayed everything outside thoroughly. He returned a couple of weeks later (couldn't come one week later due to rain) and sprayed again. My infestation was so bad, even this didn't get rid of them. He returned again. The third time was the charm! I am finally rid of the carpenter ants! Dan was so professional and so friendly and so thorough; I will definitely recommend the company to all my friends.
