Called to report vehicle 5160 driving recklessly on JTB at approximately 3:10pm. The driver continuously speed over 90 and cut the same people off and/or rode our bumpers which did nothing but create unsafe conditions as there was traffic beginning to form and nowhere for any of us to go. Paige answered the phone. I informed her of the drivers reckless driving and was told that she advised I move to another lane and get away from him. I asked if they monitor the speed in vehicles and was told they do not just location. I find it unprofessional that instead of preventing this type of behavior with speed monitoring you condescending tell innocent bystanders you’ll send an email/report (mind you she asked me nothing about the situation) rather than addressing the issue in real time and then threaten to hang up the call because how dare someone be upset about safety concerns with passengers (kids included) in their car… especially when I wasn’t being verbally abusive. I would advise you to do more than a weekly safety meeting and actually invest in things that promote safety like speed monitoring. Hopefully, this review does more than an email or “report” and actually encourages management or the owners to take initiative in preventing this in the future for the safety of not only their staff but the public.
