I have been a customer for quite some time and have spoken with several technicians regarding ongoing pest concerns. We had a dead rat in our bank, and the smell was horrific. Brandon was awesome. He did not stop looking until he found where the smell was coming from. He climbed into the attic and retrieved the dead rodent who had been electrocuted by some wires that went to our lights. He was our “hero” of the day! Great hire on your part. Thanks Brandon.

Massey has made some great and needed changes over the past few months, as part of taking over the bug business a few years ago. I have to say I was not a happy camper a few months ago and was willing to quit and change companies, due to a host of bad business practices from poor scheduling system, lack of care from call center, etc.; however, I LOVE my current bug man TONY who deserves a shout out! He does a fantastic job at keeping my yard in shape and pest free! He is friendly, very knowledgeable about all pests and critters. Bob, who i speak with in the office has also been helpful administratively with making sure bug man is coming out when they say they are coming out and works with you on plans/contracts. Massey is doing a much better job now than a few years ago. So if you had them but changed companies it has improved worth giving a second chance to earn your business.
