My wife and I were very concerned about the possibility of bed bugs in our bedroom. We saw some things on the sheets which alerted US. It was a Saturday and I wanted someone as soon as possible to take a look so I called Mark. Even though this was an off day for him he he came by within an hour took a look at our situation and did not see any indication of bed bugs. I would highly recommend this company! We bought a couch locally off facebook marketplace in WGV that was infested with bed bugs. We got in contact with Mark and he responded quickly (SAME DAY), treated the issue professionally, and helped us get it under control before it became a much bigger problem. We are so grateful for his fast response and expertise. As an extra precaution, he came out an additional day and did more to make sure all bedbugs were gone, because we were supposed to go out of town and have a house/dog sitter. I did not want our house sitter to have to worry about anything nor did I want them tracking bugs to their house. Mark was so understanding of that and really went above and beyond to make sure I was at ease and that our house was safe for our guests. He was honest, dependable, fair, and caring.

I had Mark come out to inspect one of my Airbnb properties after a guest reported possible bed bugs. He was thorough and inspected all three bedrooms and the couch. He didn’t find any live bed bugs or signs of an infestation, and instead of trying to sell me an expensive treatment, he gave me an honest assessment and explained my options. I really appreciated that he wasn’t pushy. He told me I could monitor the property and only move forward with treatment if another complaint or evidence appeared. He also pointed out a couple of unrelated maintenance issues he noticed while inspecting, which I appreciated because it showed he was paying attention to the overall condition of the property. If I ever do have a bed bug issue in the future, Mark will be the first person I call. Honest, knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

I called Mark on a Sunday and he immediately replied. He showed up on Monday and was very professional. He didn't try and sell me a service that I didn't need. He did a free inspection and assured me that I do not have bed bugs. Although I'm over 50, I recently acquired a food allergy and I thought the welts on my body were bed bug bites. However, they turned out to be welts from the allergic reaction. It's good to know that there are still a few honest people in the world and he didn't try and treat a problem that I didn't have to make a quick buck. Mark came out to inspect our home the very same day we gave him a call, which was much appreciated when you are stressed about the potential of bed bugs. He was very friendly and eager to help us out. Mark was very thorough in his search and although he did not find any bugs (thankfully!), he was able to put our minds at ease and educate us on what to look our for if we should worry in the future. It was nice to work with someone who has expertise in the area instead of your standard pest control company who over charges and would most likely not come same day. If you are concerned you could have those pesky little bugs, don’t hesitate and give him a call!
