As always, Caleb was professional and pleasant. He sprayed in the garage this time at my request, and we talked about spring certain portions of the house interior as the weather gets warmer. The technicians are very friendly and respectful. However they did not resolve my problem in a couple of years and when asked for a solution, there was no follow up from the management. Hence I stopped my contract with them for both my properties.

This company failed to deliver even after 3 retreats. They even told a recovering Chemo patient that they needed her as bait and didn’t care if she was attacked again by bed bugs!
