As always, Caleb was professional and pleasant. He sprayed in the garage this time at my request, and we talked about spring certain portions of the house interior as the weather gets warmer. Chris is always quick and efficient. He is careful when on the property, never damaging my flower pots as he moves around them to apply the products.

The technicians are very friendly and respectful. However they did not resolve my problem in a couple of years and when asked for a solution, there was no follow up from the management. Hence I stopped my contract with them for both my properties.

Our goal is always to provide effective, long-term solutions. In your case, our team worked hard to develop a treatment plan and proposed a schedule to best address the issue. Unfortunately, the plan required consistent coordination and follow-through, and when scheduling did not align, it limited our ability to fully resolve the problem.<br><br>We sincerely regret that this led to frustration and ultimately to the end of your contract. We value all of our customers and will use this experience to continue improving our communication and service follow-up.
Their work is great! Their DRIVING is not.
I don't know how this company does as far as pest control goes, but their driving is heinous. This guy cut me and my car full of children off extremely carelessly on our way to school drop off this morning.
Rude when we decided to cancel due to the products not working at our new address.

This company failed to deliver even after 3 retreats. They even told a recovering Chemo patient that they needed her as bait and didn’t care if she was attacked again by bed bugs!
