Lady Bug Services is the best Pest Control Company in Jacksonville Florida. I have been a Customer ever since Pat opened the doors. I had the foundation sprayed for termites before building the floor. Fantastic job. Thanks 😊 🙏.

Hey folks. I highly recommend this company. Their customer service is top notch. Chris has an excellent attitude and is very thorough in his job. The owner, Mrs Pat is also very courteous as well. His presence was very welcoming in our home as he performed his duties. Their prices are also very reasonable and affordable.

Great company! We had ants take over our yard so bad I couldn’t let my granddaughter play outside. Pat came right over and took care of the problem. They came back the next day while I was at work to treat the inside as well. They are professional, trustworthy and reasonably priced. I will be calling them again.

I have been with Lady Bug Services for more than 10 years after being with a bigger company where I was never satisfied. I have been very happy with their service and I appreciate the fact that they make me feel like I matter! There have been several instances where I’ve had periodic problems with ants inside the house and without fail, the technician would come out to help treat with no questions asked. On several occasions, they entered our home without anyone being there and I’ve NEVER had an issue. Thank you again for being a company I can trust and count on!

I have been using this company for quite a few years now and have been very pleased with their service. If I’m not at home they know where the key is. I can always trust they will do a through job and have never worried about my valuables. They leave the invoice on the counter and I send them a check in the mail. I recommend them to all of my friends and family. Pat, Tom and Chris have always been very professional.

I just saw a couple of posts that has me in disbelief that someone would accuse someone of this with out having proof. I will also add that when we owned our business and was falsely accused of theft. We contacted our attorney and he handled the situation and they took their false accusations down. We’ve been using this company for over 15 years and they are awesome! I’ve even left my diamond earrings laying out and rings,ect. I am not home when they come. Yesterday I left my wallet laying on my kitchen table with quite a bit of cash in it. I came home and found NOTHING missing. It’s hard to find such a honest company now a days. I will never use any one else. Thank you Pat and employees for always taking care of our home.

Not surprised to see similar reviews of THEFT!!! BEWARE!!!! I left my diamond earrings in the bathroom after cleaning them and when I returned they were MISSING along with $80 cash I had sitting on my bedside table. I am Infuriated and in complete disbelief when I called the company to tell them the extremely rude woman who answered the phone had the audacity to tell me it is my responsibility to put any valuables away. They were the only people in my house mind you so it was no question it was these two men. I hope the business gets SHUT DOWN!!! UNBELIEVABLE
