Our company relies on Knox Pest control to maintain our apartments. Sam is our regular technician and he is very easy to work with and professional. We are happy with the effective service he provides.

Ty was clear on what he found. He has excellent customer service! He was here when he said he would be & explained the process exactly.

We just moved into the state and are not familiar with a lot of pest issues around this area. Everyone who has come out has been very informed and professional . Another plus is the reasonable rates. I highly recommend them.

I typically don’t leave reviews, but Ty was just so so wonderful. We just recently moved into the area and had an ant infestation in our bedroom, particularly in my daughter’s nursery. He came out and showed us where a colony had made a home and sprayed. He taught us about some of the local bugs in our neighborhood and even played with my little girl. Highly highly recommend!

I’ve been trying to get these guys to come to my house for a while. They set rat traps in my attic once and then didn’t come back for months. When they did it was one time and all they did was briefly look at traps and ignore the hole outside my house that they were getting in through. I’m losing sleep because I can hear them moving around. If I was a homeowner I would be going with literally anyone else.

Totally unprofessional. We had them under contract for a 400 unit property in Jacksonville. After giving 30 days notice to cancel, they walked off the job with no notice. Would not recommend.

We had a great experience with Knox Pest Control. A+ customer service by -Ty Strong. Made appointment and Ty was very flexible with our schedule. Very knowledgeable, checked out all the nooks and crannies, he even went under the house. We would recommend Knox for any new home owners looking to make sure they are termite free. A++

We used to use a different service for our two restaurants, but they would rush in and out as fast as they could, not do treatment inside most of the time, and get one of our employees to sign without even asking if we had issues. Switched to Knox and couldn't be happier. Knox techs did my house and both restaurants and the difference in service for the same price was staggering. They ask about any issues we are having then take their time to thoroughly treat both inside and outside. It is great to have professional techs that obviously care about doing a good job. They also used products at my home to ensure that there would be no issues with our pets. Stay away from the big national companies that are only concerned with getting in and out as fast as they can.

As both a property manager and realtor, I’ve worked with many pest control companies over the years, and Ty with Knox Pest Control is by far the best. I use Ty’s services frequently for my clients’ homes and rental properties because he is always reliable, responsive, and thorough. We've been using Knox for home service for more than 10 years and for the most part, the service is excellent. My current Knox Pest Control expert is Sam and he is outstanding! I really hope Knox does not change my tech anytime soon. It's because of Sam I stick with Knox. Thank you Sam for all that you do for my family.

Your man that comes to the house is excellent and when I call in the guy on the phones is excellent.

Use them for the restaurant and home. Had problems with previous pest control services and the problems disappeared after using Knox. They are friendly easy to work with inexpensive, and incredibly good at pest control.

Let me start by saying not much scares me BUT Critters. What is worse, critters in my house that I can hear! Ty literally responded within minutes of my request online, all before 7am. Was super thorough and made me feel secure the problem is resolved. I cannot recommend more! Thank you Ty, you rock!

If I could give this company "0" stars I would. They have misleading business practices. I moved into a new neighborhood and was bombarded by pest control companies. One in particular was Knox, the gentleman came out and informed me regarding their services offered and cost. I explicitly informed him I did not want a contract obligation and all other services I currently have started (i.e. lawn care, internet, etc.) were being setup with no contract commitment. He assured me that would not be the case and proceeded to request initial payment in order to setup the account, that he would accept cash on the spot (*first red flag I should have caught). I took him at his professional word and proceeded, fast forward 6 months and I no longer want to continue service as I am transitioning to my lawn care company to also take care of my pest control needs at a fraction of the cost Knox charges. I called to inform Knox and I was presented with a contract obligation for 12 months and if I do not proceed with the last two treatments I need to pay for the cost of those two treatments in order to cancel the account. I have no complaints regarding the tech who performed the service, he is extremely nice and hardworking, as well as the scheduler. She is professional and courteous, unfortunately their sales, or whoever the person going around soliciting new accounts is completely unethical, going around signing home owners to annual contracts while lying to their faces and collecting their hard earned money. Would not recommend this company as they allow that type of employee to be their front facing customer representative. Go with other local providers that are more reputable. As I will proceed once I complete the two remaining obligated services.

Have had a horrible odor in our house for over a month. We rent and have tried to get people to come out to assess the situation. Each time we were left still smelling this awful smell. Thank goodness for this company and Ty. He came out one time and walked out with a 20lb raccoon from our attic 😳 It was so big it would have taken months to decay. Quick and easy removal. So so glad my candles will finally smell like candles again 😂😂 Def recommend

This is my second year using Knox pest control and I am so glad to report I have not seen one carpenter ant this summer. Those things were horrible getting in my house and making things miserable. I also noticed I see fewer household pest in general. I absolutely love the service I get from my technician Sam. He always goes above and beyond to do a great job and gives me good feedback. I will be renewing my service again in January for my third year in a row.

I've dealt with several other pest control companies over many years, and this is BY FAR the best out of the pack! On time, very professional, great value and hassle free. Most other companies try and sell you on a "yearly plan" that costs upwards of a thousand dollars! No price gauging and taking advantage of customers here. Highly recommend!
