I cannot say enough amazing things about Knockout Pest Control Jacksonville. I was dealing with a pantry bug issue that was driving me absolutely insane. I live in an apartment complex and had been waiting for management to send someone for almost two weeks… and nobody ever came. During that time I was cleaning my apartment every single day, throwing food out, and honestly getting to the point where I was about to throw away all my dishware and cutlery and just start over because I felt so overwhelmed. Out of pure desperation, I searched on Google late at night and called Knockout Pest Control. From the moment they answered the phone, they were the kindest, most reassuring people ever. I’m the definition of “I’m just a girl” also I’m living on my own and I know absolutely nothing about bugs or pest control, and they never once made me feel silly or crazy for being stressed. Instead they were incredibly patient, explained everything, and reassured me that the situation was completely manageable. The response time alone blew me away. I called around 8 PM and by 8:30 the next morning they were already at my apartment taking care of everything. That level of professionalism and urgency is so rare. The customer service was truly 10/10. They went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and taken care of. My husband and I are first-time home buyers and unfortunately noticed the presence of termites the night before we had to head out of town for a three day trip. Someone got back to us within the hour and had someone begin treatment the next morning before we left for our trip. Greg helped us find a plan that worked with our budget and Mike was so kind and intentional to meet our needs throughout the entire process. I was having issues with pests and bed bugs issues and Gregg , Mike and Philippe came and sprayed and Mike and Philippe came today and carried out my couches to the curb at no cost . this company is awesome and I would Highly Recommend them. And when I found a live bug in my kitchen while they were there, they sprayed the baseboards again.

Knockout helped me seal all the eaves and crawl space accesses to my home to keep rodents out. It included a one year warranty which was a great value. Michael and Felipe are extremely nice and go above and beyond in the work they do. They listen to your concerns without any pushy sales tactics. This company actually cares, I highly suggest using Knockout Pest control. I will be calling them to do my termite service as well.

Adrian was great! Quick and efficient

I hired Knockout for a project at a house I was managing. The contract included a rodent treatment and two flea treatments. In the end I was satisfied with the results, but I had to remind the owner many, many, many times of the need for the second flea treatment before it finally happened. The interactions I had with employees Greg and Felipe were great, but the owner Mike was very frustrating to work with and communicate with.
