He was very informative, answered all of my questions, and was flexible with scheduling, he was able to fit me in the same week. We even had genuine conversations about our families, coffee, and appliances, which made the whole experience feel so comfortable. It honestly felt like I was talking to a family member instead of just getting a service done. He treated areas in my home that I would have never thought to check and even moved things around for me to make sure everything was properly handled. I have dealt with plenty of pest control businesses in the past. I have not always had a great experience. Golden Hour is different. From the elite customer service to technician Anthony. Travis has been great to work with. Professional, kind. I was looking for some pest control and in my search i noticed a lot of them making you pay bogus upfront fees. Golden Hour doesn’t penalize you for choosing to do business with them. They answer the phone, answer your questions, provide treatment in a timely manner. They charge a fair rate for great service, and they deliver on what youre paying for. Right away I noticed a huge plummet in the number of roaches we were seeing in our over 100 year old house (complete with a huge oak tree out front). I know its impossible to completely get rid of roaches in Florida in the summer but we went from seeing one every other day to maybe one a month? Seeing even less now that the weather is getting cooler. And even when i noticed a sudden uptick a few weeks after treatment, i called him up and he came back by to treat some additional areas free of charge and that seemed to solve it. He told me to let him know if i had any more problems. It’s been so nice to walk around my house again and not constantly be looking down. And it’s good to not be nickle and dimed but promised a pest service thats making my home noticeably better to live in.
