Great service but get your guys better trucks

Edit: I initially left a very frustrated review regarding the service I received, but I wanted to provide an update. After my concerns were brought to the company’s attention, Crystal reached out to resolve the issues, and she was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, empathetic, and showed genuine care about the situation I was dealing with. Thanks to Crystal’s efforts, my unit was taken care of efficiently, and the experience significantly improved. While the initial problems were incredibly frustrating, I appreciate the company stepping up to address them and ensuring the job was done properly this time around. ************* This company services the the apartment I’ve lived in for three months, and during this time, I’ve had to request pest control services over six times due to a persistent roach infestation. Despite multiple visits, the problem has only worsened. Adding to the frustration, on three separate occasions, my unit was scheduled for treatment, but the technician never showed up. Preparing for these cleanouts is a significant effort—I’ve had to empty all the cabinets and drawers in my kitchen and bathroom, cover everything else in my apartment, and arrange to remove my dog in advance since I cannot do so on short notice when the technician arrives. Being told they couldn't return for another full week after these no-shows has only added to my frustration. When a technician does arrive, they seem rushed, trying to get in and out as quickly as possible, and the spraying is sloppy at best. I understand pest control takes time, but the lack of reliability and quality of service has made an already difficult situation even worse. Very disappointed and frustrated.
