So upset that I received a text at 1am in the morning to remind me of my scheduled appointment from the Owner of company. This shows lack of disrespect and has to be illegal. No wonder their ratings are terrible. I guess we will be finding another company.

The guy who came was very professional and honest. He gave good suggestions even though no proof of wild animals being in our attic there was proof of bugs which we already had a pest control set up for an ant issue so again very helpful to know. The main issue i have is i submitted a request for service through absolute animal removal. They state a free consultation. After the service guy was done he said there was an inspection fee of 125$. I get to be paid for the inspection he did but that needs to be stated more clearly. Which even on GAMs sight they state free consultation?? I didn't see the truck he came in but after the appointment I got an invoice from GAM not absolute animal control which is the buisness card he gave me?? I understand if absolute hires other companies as independent contractors again if that was clearly stated on their website for absolute (I will be posting a review on their page too).
