Evin has been my lake guy for YEARs! My pond had never been maintained and he fixed it right up!

Evin has maintained my pond for 2 years now. Pond had algae growth on the bottom that would "let loose" in the summer, creating large clots of algae on the top of the pond. He has worked tirelessly in seeking a cure for this annual summer problem. This summer there has been no noticeable algae on the top of the pond. I will give him 5 stars for finding a remedy for this problem that two other Lake Management businesses could not find. I now have a sandy bottom on the pond once again.

Evin has been treating our neighborhood association pond for years and years and it’s always been healthy and problem free. I think he’s only had to retreat once after lots of rain/storms because of an algae bloom. He’s quick and responsive if I ever have to reach out to him for any reason. When we had a serious issue with duck-week/scum on our canal running between our properties in our subdivision in Mandarin. I was fortunate to meet Evin of Fl. Lake Mgmt. He was doing the ponds at our Taylor Residences properties. He came, looked and gave us a spraying service. Within no time at all, the canal was beautiful again; able to feed our wild turtles, fish and even get our beautiful long neck geese back to visit us. It is such a pleasure to work with Evin and have the best possible service. We happily retained them on a yearly basis and feel so grateful. Our neighbors and we definitely recommend Evin and Fl.
