Yadier completed our annual termite inspection, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. He was punctual, professional, and extremely thorough in checking our home. It would have been better to inform clients asap for any known circumstances that would delay the scheduled service time so not to keep clients waiting, and not need to call the office. The tech was friendly and informative but missed to check 5 sentricon bait boxes—had to call back to schedule follow up service.

It is approximately 8 hours after Will 'treated' my house for your General Pest Service. So far so good.

Yesterday the 2nd treatment for roaches was completed at 617 Plymouth Court Unit C. The property has just been painted throughout and the technician placed brown roach gel on the walls above all the doors which looks ridiculous. (see attached photos) I understand the need to place gel but why the walls and not on the top of the door frames . I cannot imagine this is the way it is done in high end homes? Now I will need to repaint the walls above the doors which negates the effectiveness of the gel George

Very nice job done by our technician, Luther. Explained everything he was doing and why. Went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct.

I called the technician the afternoon prior to my service since I have to drive 2 hrs. to get to this vacation property and wanted to be sure he would be there. He said he forgot, said someone else called with a problem, said the office changed the schedule -- I don't know which one it was. This is the THIRD time this has happened. Service was ok but not ok for him not to be aware of his schedule. I showed up on the second visit -- he did not. I gave him a break that time... it happens... but 3 times is unacceptable.

I am disappointed that the PCO did not verbally communicated to me in 4/6/22 about the NC he reported until today. This behavior makes me look bad as a company. This pest control company has huge room for improvement related to communication with customers.
