I don't find them customer friendly. I hired them to remove an armadillo and upon setting up the trap they expected full payment. (not cheap) Customers should never pay any contractor/service in full until the job is done. I agreed to pay half up front and did indeed pay the other half once the critter was taken away. Called them back to get rid of another one but they won't return my call so I can only assume they won't work for me because of my expectations. What a shame. There should be a law against expecting full payment for service not yet completed. They are not a very professional company. ______________________________________________________________ (Upon seeing their reply, know that the fee was $399 which they lied about in their response. Also anything said other than we are sorry, again is poor customer service. Btw, they never did call me back. If they don't like repeat customers, keep doing what you are doing.)

Extremely knowledgeable and was able to identify issues very quickly. Gave solutions to every problem. If you’re unsure about your scenario, give them a call and they will fix it or point you in the right direction. HIGHLY recommend CritterPro!

Tristan has been fantastic and so helpful trying to trap this smart and imaginative armadillo. This company has been willing to reset the traps or replace them when the armadillo pushes them away. And, when a possum and later a raccoon got trapped, they were prompt and came all the way to Gainesville to pick up the trap and the wild animal inside. I will be asking them to advise me on how to repair or replace my fencing to close the gaps these animals are using.

We had a serious squirrel invasion in the rafters of our home and fireplace area. I reached out to CritterPro and Brian answered immediately. He came the next day and diagnosed several entry points and how we'd proceed. Within a week the job was completed and our warranty covered another recent visit closing newly chewed access points. Both Brian and Tristan are a pleasure to work with. They are both friendly, professional, careful and patient answering our many questions and explaining the details. It's evident they are experts in their field and I'm grateful to have found them! I would recommend their services to anyone and look forward to continuing to use their services if the need should arise again.

It’s been a few years since they removed the squirrel family from my attic and I haven’t had any problems with them since. The squirrels came back but they haven’t been able to get back in. Hahaha! Critter pro you done good!

We spent over $4000 in critter proofing our house using critterpro and were told by the sales director Scott at the time that this includes a warranty and if we see any critters that they will come and fix any potential critter entry points for free. Now a local pest control person came by and found giant rat feces under the house and another critterpro control person came by 1 week later and claimed that Scott is no longer with the company and they want to charge $2000 in addition to seal the spots that Scott apparently missed and he doesn’t know how these got missed and that their warranty only covers the previous installations but does not cover any entry spots that their inspector had missed in the first place. And when I asked what if he has missed 10 other spots today that need fixing and whether we need to pay for the installation of those in addition then and the critterpro sales representative was unable to give us an answer. I’m sorry but there is no other way to call this a rip off. That is NOT good customer service.

Brian was extremely informative and helpful in addressing a snake issue at my senior parents' home (fixed income). I sent him a picture of the snake, and he quickly identified it as non-venomous. He was honest in letting us know that his services weren’t necessary in this case. I truly appreciate the free advice and integrity. Ed has helped my company and clients with pests and rodent removals. Including snakes! They are professional and timely. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get rid of critters fast!

I didn't actually use their service but after a oppossum fell into our pool I found them thru an affiliate site. The guy who answered the phone was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me to determine that it was old enough to be released and how to do it and even how to make it comfortable until night time!! I couldn't get even a rescue on the phone to find out the info. He was incredibly kind and answered all my questions with compassion and even tho I wasn't using their service he still freely gave me the info I needed. I would definitely use this company if I needed them in the future!! Thank you again for your help i wish I had gotten the gentleman's name but you know who your are thank you so much again!!!

Quick to inspect our attic and seal possible points of entry. The gentleman who came out was even so kind as to trim a tree branch that was touching our roof and dispose of the limb!

This Critter extraction company cannot be beat! After our roof sustained damage, some squirrels moved in. Owner Brian immediately put me to ease about the removal process, assuring me of their humane method. His experience and knowledge in his field is vast!! Once our roof was fixed, Brian and his tech Tristan worked their magic and successfully evicted our unwanted furry tenants! They also take steps to ensure the critters STAY out. All for an extremely reasonable price. Very pleasant experience.

They have been awesome for multiple reasons. They took care of a mice/rat issue that seems to have been going on for years in one day and the way the've been handling my German roach issue has been life changing. No one would do the technique he chose to get this under control because of my busy house lifestyle with animals and a baby + 3 other kids. I couldn't keep up and others told me I had to gut my kitchen completely and throw away more than half my stuff just to start treatment. Brian had a different technique, using a combination of various tools to get it down and under control. Its still a work in progress, but over 70% is gone now. And may I add... what company have you ever seen the owner come out and do hands on work at a job site repeatedly? This is a different kind of company. I see it. I feel the difference. I see the results and I was treated as a real human being, saw my situation and adapted to fit my needs and schedule. Not one pest control company that I reached out to treated me this way. It starts at the top! The owner of Critter Pro was so helpful and courteous. Every technician and office staff we spoke with through the whole process of removing bats out of the attic were fantastic! Problem is solved, humanely I may add, and we will be calling again if any future needs arise!
