I had a great experience with Coastal Wildlife Control Services after hearing scratching noises in my attic. Timothy put together a detailed exclusion plan, and after comparing it with a few other companies, I felt theirs was the most thorough and thoughtful. The entire team was wonderful to work with. Tony and Robert were very professional, and Dacota especially stood out for his hard work and patience, returning as many times as needed until the attic was completely secured. Rachael was also incredibly helpful and reassuring on the phone throughout the process. I’m very happy that the service includes a warranty because it gives me confidence that I can rely on this company if anything comes up in the future. I would definitely recommend them.

The guy who came out to do the work to put the traps down was very professional. Was very knowledgeable and made sure that every possible thing that could be done to secure the property was done was very impressed with his determination to please and satisfy the customer most of all being in business myself knowing that that is very important after he had arrived and didn't have big enough traps for what our initially talked to the salesman about and he assured me that they had them. I was disappointed and ready to back out of the whole deal itself but the guy who came out to do the sprain with his searching the property and willing to go up under the deck to check for any snakes in satisfied. My concerns and decided to go ahead with the original deal

They helped remove raccoons from my property and were professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Dakota communicated clearly every step of the way and was great at explaining what was happening and what to expect. I had an emergency! Raccoons were in my house! Jason from Coastal Wildlife & Pest Services came out that very night! Later, Dakota came out several times, retrieved 3 more babies & set a trap for the mother. The next day, Josh came & retrieved the mother. 🦝

Good afternoon. We charge a fee for professional snake removal that is in line with the service we provide. This person apparently wanted snake removal (can be a dangerous service), but did not want to pay for it. We are a private company that has costs associated with running the business. It should be noted that this person is not, nor have they ever been a customer of Coastal Wildlife & Pest Services.<br><br>To our past, present, and future customers. We are committed to providing 5 star service and will continue to provide that service.
