It was a pleasure having Derrick from Busy Bee perform the inspection and place all the termite traps around the house. Derrick arrived with a smile and he was very professional, polity and very informative.

Just finished our termite treatment with busy bee and let me just say that this company is amazing! They came out to inspect the property, gave us a quote and scheduled our service. The owner was the one who came out to inspect and was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and Answered any and all questions I had. The tech who came out today to treat the house was incredibly nice and also very knowledgeable and ensured what was sprayed is safe around my dog before I even asked which to me was commendable because they care about you and your pets. I highly recommend this company if you want amazing customer service as well as very competitive prices as their prices cannot be beat!

I had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with a woman who answered the phone here that is so prejudiced to senior citizens that she didn't think there was any reason to let me finish a sentence when I was trying to contract for service with Busy Bee. If she had let me finish a sentence she would have found out I had already called yesterday and talked to very professional man there who had already explained what I needed to do and already done it. I am contracting for an outside exterminator for monthly service to my apartment in my senior facility which I will pay cash for in order to be allowed to have the exterminator they use banned from going in my apartment because he sprayed ant killer into my bag of cat food saying it was ok its pet friendly. NOT IN THEIR FOOD!Although I threw out the 16 pound bag of catfoid my 17 year old cat died soon after. I am hoping it was from an unrelated stroke. but the vet wanted to do to an autopsy and I didn't want an autopsy done. The man yesterday told me I had to get permission from the Director and have her call him. She is very busy but responded very rapidly to my request and agreed to call Busy Bee all for naught since this woman wouldn't even talk to me when I called to tell them the director was going to call there and ask if she had called yet.c All this leaves my surviving cat in danger and me fearful of even trying again anywhere else but I'll HAVE to Maybe they'll listen to me if I go in person.

Good service with the exception of being given enough notice to be home for the visit. Received notification the day before with no timeframe.

Please do not work with these people. Bug Out or Perschel and Meyer are wayyyy better.

Perfect example of terrible customer service. In short, after I asked Teresa for their professional advice on how I can control mosquitos in my yard, Teresa's reply was " uhm i guess you can google it?"
