We use Bug Out for basic pest and termite control. Jason comes out to do the work and is absolutely amazing. If we have questions, concerns or something pops up in between the scheduled appointments, they take the time to explain things and schedule whatever you need right away. I had a great experience with Bug Out! Chike Saunders is the technician who services my home, and he’s always professional, thorough, and very knowledgeable. Latest update: Quality Assurance Technician came out to assess, or shall I say, blame me for the condition of the lawn. He said we have a moisture issue and blamed our pool which has drainage according to code where NO water from it comes close to our grass area. Then he started asking about how much we water. No sir.
