Kevin was very proactive and friendly.

Absolutely horrible pest and lawn care service. Hired them about 9 months ago for chinch bugs in my lawn. A few months later my lawn was looking worse than before I hired them. I kept telling the technician that I still have chinch bugs and you need to switch the chemical he said yes but never did. Then I complained so after 4-5 times calling and complaining, they finally had a region manager come out. He came out and looked at my neighbors lawn thinking it was mine and told me it’s fungus and compacted soil. When I told him he looked at the wrong yard he come out and again and basically said the same thing about my lawn. When asked why the service tech that comes out every 8 weeks didn’t notify me about soil compaction the manager said oh I’m new and only been here 2 months. There is absolutely no accountability with them and they have no idea what they are doing. From the service tech all the way up to the manager they are clueless. They will come and take your money but there is no follow up on their and once you’re already paying them. When I told them I want to cancel, they finally started saying oh well give you two free months and have the regional manager come out to look at your lawn etc. Don’t believe them! Just go give your business elsewhere trust me.

Technician spent time outside cleaning soffits and spraying around the house.

Been with Bugout for years! Call center is a disaster and no one gets it flowing appropriately. Just today, 8-4-26 have had 12 calls with them about 1 simple matter? Everyone you come into contact with wants you to go into everything again, no. When i ask for someone, they should get them! Regarding management and techs, they should always remember you are the reason they are there! There are management changes, technician changes and you, the customer was not informed????;This is extremely poor and not the way a good business should operate. Then, they tell you they have redone things and you can't have the tech you have had!! All of this without considering the customer!! I will not have poor service in the future due to this!!

Excellent service at every level

I am new to Bugout, but they were recommended by a friend. Everything so far has been a good experience from the initial consult/straight forward pricing, answering questions to the first treatments. Michael, our service tech, has been in communication re: problem areas & what he did to tx, & recommendations. Also, when i reached out to him, he came to recheck areas of concern the very next business day! Thank u so much for excellent service!

Bug Out is a reliable service and Jules always does a great job. She is great with communication and checks with me routinely to make sure we don’t have an infestation. 5/5 would recommend

Horrible service- bug out has been scamming my 95 year old grandmother for 2 years now. After her yard died off under their care for years they now offer nothing other than a few months of free service that in no way will bring back her dead lawn. The manager John Matsick’s response is since it died off from chinch bugs they will not refund me for the 2 pallets of sod we had to replace as if they aren’t getting paid to treat for chinch bugs. The news has been contacted and there will be a story soon so if anyone else has similar experiences please contact me.

Julie is an amazing representative of professionalism. She always takes extra steps to make sure the customer is happy. I continue my services with BugOut because of her commitment to doing things right.

James has been taking care of our yard for years now. James is a professional and gets it done. He treats the problem before it becomes an issue. I highly recommend Bug Out. James is amazingly dependable. We’re very grateful my wife and I for the care of our yard.

We love Bug Out! Christopher came out today for our termite and wood treatment, and he was very helpful and friendly. Josh did our whole-home inspection and he was awesome, too. And of course, Tim, our regular “pest guy” comes out frequently, and always does a great job. Our dog even warms up to these guys quickly! Very happy with this service

Looks great now. Chris came back out as soon as I requested and resolved my issues. It wasn't even 24 hours . If you can choose your service tech, Chris was great. I couldn't be more pleased with his attention to detail providing the absolute best customer service !

We’ve had Bug Out for over 8 years now. They come out regularly to spray and we’ve never had any pest problems. Jules is fantastic and takes excellent care of us!

Pest control service appt made today since last service didn’t help with any bugs issue interior and exterior. We took off work 7:30am to 12pm for it but No Show and No Call; it’s 12:30pm. We called the main customer service they said someone will call us to let us know what happened. Just disappointing how not respecting customer’s time, we have work and can sit around wait for no reason. Dont make the appt if not going to show up.
