I've had termite coverage with B&B Exterminating for 7 yrs. Jamaal each year conducts annual inspection. He is always friendly and professional. I highly recommend B&B.

Great service Very professional experience

Wish they work all Saturdays instead of once a month. Wish they would apply more applicant for visual reasons when sticking to the once a year inspection without any serious issues. Other than that, B&B extermination is a great company to have inspect their client's house.

B&B initially conducted my termite treatment for my newly built home in 2023 however we went with a "competitor." Long story short- the "competitor" on a treatment day came out their mouth sideways about some service and termite traps. I immediately advised the gentleman to come pick up his traps and cancel my service immediately. While he was digging up the traps, I was already locked in and signed up with B&B. The owner of the "competitor" has called several times trying to make amends. I never said the technicians name nor have I ever publicly thrown them under the bus. Either way, I've been with B&B for a little over 6 months. No issues, they are super professional and always on time. Dylan arrived today, explained to me exactly why he was there and asked if I would lIke a termite inspection. While I'm sure I don't need one, I like to err on the side of caution. He conducted his inspection, told me what he found or didn't and advised me of any future courses of action. He was thorough, EXTREMELY professional and relatable. If you gonna spend your money on pest control, my money is on them. Good Job! 💪💯

This company tried to scam us out of $350 for services we never requested or used. After we bought our home they started sending us flyers for months then finally they sent us a bill with late charges. When I called the company the lady on the phone was very rude and didn’t want to answer my questions as to why they were trying to bill me. They told me they would cancel it and the woman hung up on me. I would not trust a company that practices such shady techniques.

I hired B&B Exterminating to handle a German cockroach issue. I paid $45 every single month for a full year, followed every instruction they gave me, and maintained a spotless home. Despite 12 months of professional 'treatments,' the roaches are still here. After spending over $500 with no resolution, I decided to cancel. Now, they are harassing me over a final $45 payment for a service that never worked. It’s incredibly disappointing to be chased for money after I’ve been so patient with their lack of results. IF YOU WANT A A COMPANY THAT ACTUALLY SLOVES A PROBLEM, LOOK ELSEWHERE!!

I’ve used other companies in the past and I always got disappointed. Not showing up on time or not returning to finish the job. I switched to B&B this time and was very impressed with their professionalism. I’m a general contractor and when a company doesn’t show up you get pretty frustrated. B&B was on time and actually called me to finish the job after the slab pretreatment. I’ll be calling B&B for my next job.

The Service was professional and systematic. He explained to me everything that he was going to do. For example, he inspected the interior of my home for termite damage and treated my bathtubs. We've been doing business with BNB for 3 years now and it's likely time for a change. A technician came out 10/6/25 for the annual inspection/treatment. He spent 15 mins and we were charged $308, $1232 p/hr, for a generic look around. He pulled out his iPhone flashlight(!) to inspect inside of our home and I said no use my bright flashlight. He had no mirror or anything to assist in this inspection and did not request us to move anything for a more detailed review. In the past, they have inspected the attic as well, which he was not going to do until I insisted. Being 45 years in a highly technical career I knew he had very little technical understanding and experience but BNB believes their customer base is fair game to charge this outrageous amount for a subpar service. The outside home inspection was, again, a basic walkaround, no Permethrin Granule treatment like previous years and I was told (by phone call to BNB) that it was too expensive for BNB to apply. So overall less service for same pricing. That's the below average work ethic you're paying for with BNB. I called BNB about this and the young lady said Shane was to call me back to discuss everything with me. He did not. A poor decision on my part to have continued this relationship.

Been a customer for probably 10 years or so. Worst customer service ever. Service dates get changed with no notification EVER. Confirm new date and gets changed again and then again. Ask for call backs and not a word

Whoever Rhonda is or think she is, she needs to learn some telephone etiquette. She’s human so she’s allowed to have bad and if that’s the case, unfortunately in customer service I think you’re taught to do what you need to do & channel it elsewhere where.

Unprofessional. I cancelled service due to moving and after being sent multiple notices I call back to confirm the cancellation and lady on the phone has an attitude and hangs up on me. I was going to give them service at my new home but I Will take my business else where

We just signed up to be a new customer. They missed 2 appointments right out the starting gate. Said they were short staffed. Someone finally showed up and spread fertilizer but no weed control. The weeds are as tall as my Golden Retriever. I've been sending emails and not getting a response. Fired themselves on their first trip. Don't waste your time.

I am extremely disappointed with B&B Exterminating Co. due to the design of their termite program, which requires a technician to walk through my home every year. This service is highly inconvenient. This year, after the technician's visit, I received a survey. I intended to leave a positive review, but when I attempted to submit it, a prompt appeared asking me to tip the technician. This is unprofessional, as the walk-through is already included in the service I am paying for. As a result, I will be switching to a company that does not require an in-home technician visit.

Don’t fall for their scam! A man named "Tommy," who identified himself as the B & B area manager, came to my home and asked if I would like my annual termite treatment. I told him that I would need to discuss it with my wife first and I wasn't sure if we would complete the treatment at this time. My wife and I had discussed it previously and we were thinking about going with a different company. So, I told him to leave his card and we would get back to him later. He told me that he would walk around the house and take photos just in case we decided to get the treatment, which would save him time if we decided to proceed with the treatment in the future. The next day, I received a bill for $253 for a "termite inspection and treatment." I proceeded to call the B & B office to ask why I had received a bill and to explain that I did not authorize the termite treatment. I was transferred to a supposed manager, "Ms. Debbie" I believe, who was extremely rude and proceeded to tell me that I did not need to pay the bill. Just to be safe, I asked her for an invoice that showed no payment was due, which I have yet to receive. What I did receive was a letter that basically said why it was bad to cancel their service and that they were generously offering to "extend the renewal period for an additional 30 days with no lapse in coverage." I would be very wary of B & B as it seems to be a scam. You tell them that you're not interested at this time, but they do the work anyway and then send you a bill that you supposedly only have to pay if you fall for the scam! I will be notifying the Better Business Bureau. Be careful and don't let yourself fall for it!

Terrible Work, Awful Customer Service, Shady Business, Fake Reviews. This company will charge you an absorbant amount of money to do a half-job. We called this company with a concern about bugs getting into our house AFTER they completed they're job. $140 for absolutely nothing. They DO NOT stand behind their product. They will steal your money and not perform the service you paid them to do. Absolutely awful service. 0/10
