Okay so I want to foremost say The lady that I talked to I want the phone was very polite and Helpful I told her from the beginning I had a Termite and Roach program But as far as the technician First time he didn't do the complete house like he was supposed to then Which he sloppysprayed in the house where you can basically walk over it . I needed him to remove wasp nest He took him down and just let let him lay on the ground didn't pick him up. Had to come back To do the back yard then The appointment I set with One of the ladies he didn't show app and she said it was nothing on the schedule. When I asked you. To Put it in the calendar once I said the date then he supposedly lost the canister had to leave work to look nothing as I thought he didn't leave there then on top of that he could barley speak English do not use this company

Poor communication. It is extremely important to communicate pet removal and vacancy of your home for 4 hours WHEN YOU SCHEDULE for pest control. It is extremely inconvenient to learn 5 minutes prior, of this important information for the health of our pets and ourselves, not to mention being prepared. Now we are sitting in our vehicle hungry, unshowered, with our cats for 4 hours. Thanks for the communication Available!!!

Great, friendly, and affordable service. I would recommend Available Pest Control for everyone for the great customer service and the affordable pricing. I priced other pest control for a horrible pest control problem I've had. Some of the big guys wanted to charge me 600 dollars and then 100+ a month. APC charged a fair and reasonable price and they actually fixed my problems. Will be using them for the monthly pest control. Thanks Danilo, you're awesome.
