Avoid A Greener image. They were sold recently, and the new owner has completely tanked the quality of the service. In just one season, they let my lawn get overrun by pests and botched the fertilization so badly it looked like a patchwork quilt. They simply don't provide solutions anymore—just invoices. I’ve since switched back to the original owner's new business, and the results were instant. My lawn is healthy and beautiful again. Save yourself the headache and the dead grass—stay away from the 'new' version of this company."

First off How does the pest control guy become someone I just trust and appreciate! James was so nice he detail sprayed into every area that needed attention and even explained where there were gaps he saw! He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable as someone newer to have seen bugs in my apartment! It was nice to hear. Very rarely do you find people that have customer service in the personality and the actual service! His professionalism was good enough I truly thought it was his own business! Great job and would highly recommend them (atleast james ) but I’m gonna assume the company as a whole is that good until I see other wise .

I used them for one year and load annually and the cost was higher but more importantly, the communication and customer service was awful. I let them know by email and via phone I would not renew and now I have been getting emails and texts for 3 months saying I owe them money. I have now called three times complaining I have never renewed services including that I communicated directly to the owner and nobody responds back yet I just keep getting bills emailed despite never having any services don’t after the first year. I’d never recommend this company to anyone.

The Tech was courteous and detail, careful take proper measurement to keep product within the boundaries of the lake as product recommended. He answered all our questions and concerns as to the safety for our Pets. Ans when it would be safe for them to be out in yard.Thank you Robert Vest for you Friendly and prompt service

Be aware this is the worst pest control service ever. Most apartment complexes give them a key to your unit with no supervision to how it will be utilized. A Greener Image reenters yoyr unit unannounced after the fact while letting other private contractors your unit as well to create a need for there services. Your belongings will go missing and ood will go missing. They are hit or miss with leaving a notice when they actually entered to perform a pest control service. If you didnt have fleas or bed bugs b4 they started entering your unit i can guarantee you will have one by the time their done. Additionally youll need to put in work orders for other services because A Greener Image will permit others to enter your unit and permit others to tamper with your stuff so you can continuously place work orders for service that was never completed in the first place. But believe they getting a contractor check for it! Best of luck. I had a nightmare of an experience with this company at the previous complex i lived in. Now I have cameras because I realized they are also at the complex im at now. A Greener Image they really need to be reported to the BBB or sued for there poor fraudulent services!! Last I checked A Greener Image Inc isn't even a licensed contractor. Oh yeah dont get wise and think you'll wait to be there when they are scheduled to come because they wont. They cant enter your unit, to steal your prescriptions, and your personal belongings while your there. So they will in conjunction with a inside source wait until they know for sure your not home. They also monitor whether residents are home by watching your car activity. Its a means of getting you to be so fed up with the complex all together you yourself opt to leave. Smh... (White collar crime).

I would give a zero if possible. lazy technicians that came out for a flea issue in my "luxury apartment complex". 8 days later, more than 100 fleas in my bedding! I can't find a Business License Number. They suck

If I could rate negative stars I would!! I live in an apt complex. I have put my apt# on the list for pest control for 3 weeks!!! The first 2 times, he couldn't come in because of my dogs.. I understand that, so I made arrangements to be at home. I was home ALL DAY waiting on this guy! He never came! Checked the notes.. He said that there are 2 dogs loose and he "C.N.T" whatever that means! I was home ALL DAY and there was no knock or anything! Put my name on this list AGAIN, if he does not make at least an effort to come over, totally taking this to my property manager.. What's awesome is that I WORK AT THIS COMPLEX! >:E

This company may be passing this con to the apartment complex where I live but as the recipient of this company's pest control treatment in my apartment, WELL... all I find is that after every treatment done...roaches show up twice as many and twice as fat and fast!!! I bought treatment spray from Wal Mart and treat my apartment myself and find I can rid more roaches and faster than this company does... This is a fraudulent service in my opinion if your services make the matter 2X worst than before you spay your treatment.
