This company has proven to be unreliable. They initially offered a flat rate for upfront payment, guaranteeing cockroach extermination. However, two months later, the infestation persists, and they are now requesting additional payment. They have failed to uphold their commitments, and their technicians have displayed unprofessional conduct. I strongly advise against engaging their services.

I originally called a different local company, which I used in the past. I was told one of their salesman would be giving me a call to schedule a visit to give me a quote and then send a tech; which sounded as it would take multiple appointments to start the initial treatment. They are yet to call back. Same day I googled and reached out to VPest Control, spoke with James who was very informative and professional. He advised me of different treatments available and that Pedro would be giving me a call in about 2 hours to schedule an appointment. Pedro reached out the same day as promised, we addressed my availability and urgency to take care of the ant issue. We scheduled an appointment that worked for me, Pedro was very accommodating. I am very pleased with the company and quality of their services. They have reasonable prices and timely follow- up. Pedro was great, highly recommend him as a tech.
